Very easy to use and comunication…
Very easy to use and comunication prompt.Also good you have various payment options and for an extra fee a alternative supplier will be found should your provider cancel. You would get a refund in any case.

Great service for finding the perfect caterer.
I was organising a corporate event in an area I was unfamiliar with and so turned to Togather to help me source a catering provider. I entered a few details about my event and have several responses / quotes from interested providers. All communication was handled through the Togather platform and it meant I ended up with a great event.

Togather - Great / CodFellas - Awful
I’d like to start by saying our experience with Togather was no problem, this review is not about them however it is one of their suppliers and we are unable to leave a review on their page.
!! The CodFellas !!
We had them booked for our wedding on Saturday the 6th September. We had paid in full before the date and had organised menu and timings etc. Then on the day of our wedding they sent us an email to say they won’t be attending due to a crack in the door of the van. It seemed like a poor excuse but above all that they made absolutely no attempt to try and support us in finding someone else they completely left us in the lurch. Also, they made no effort to contact us to make sure we had received the email they had sent at 8am on the day of our wedding, it could quite easily have been missed and we would have had no idea that our food was not turning up. All in all it was a disaster and I highly recommend not using them due to the pure disappointment we experienced when we did use them. After all this they did not want to give us our money back however Togather processed the refund and we did then get our money back.
