Hit grand jackpot today account was not credited so far it was ten thousand hoping I have a good experience if not I don’t know what to do besides file a suite and leans through a suite against them transaction log is not showing my grand jackpot but I have screen records

Scam stay away from this site. No customer service and they don’t pay out PERIOD. SCAM

OK look I didn’t get my money that’s a whole different point now I really think they need to have way better customer service because I never even got an answer from either one of the ways that they have to contact them which is telegram and WhatsApp so they really don’t even have customer service or support

Man, everything was going good. I was winning some and losing some as usual and I made a couple withdrawals and now randomly I tried to withdraw $50 today and two hours later. It says it is successfully deposited, but I never got a penny of it and then about an hour later, somebody sent me 10 out of it that’s it $10 and then they try to get me to send the money back because I kept requesting the other $40

I simply have to give it 5 stars. Maybe I’m just lucky, or having reached the “scam” part yet but so far I’ve been able to put in minor amounts, claim my daily bonuses and vip bonus (up to vip 4 now!) and I’ve been able to withdraw a dozen times now at least. All minimum of $30, but as soon as I see my withdrawable balance reach $30+ I do immediately and then I continue playing with the rest. This has resulted in me OVERALL spending less than they have paid out to me. I don’t think I’m just lucky, I think they have their website really well designed. I even was able to withdraw $30 after winning off of the consolation $3 they give you EVERY DAY if you run out of funds. So if you know what you’re doing and smart about it, you can definitely earn yourself a free lunch every couple days. I do hope they continue operating this way. I wonder if they like me because I play daily, but I don’t think I have any favoritism considering I’m by no means a whale spender.

*UPDATE:now that they know I left a poor review they changed my minimum withdrawal limit to $300 lol!THEY ARE TRULY THE WORST.
*Gambled plenty and given them a fortune. They constantly won’t release my winnings. And I’m not talking about their fake beginner bonus money either…I deposited a BUNCH of my actual money and won’t let me withdraw my winnings and THATS WHEN CUSTOMER SERVICE/SUPPORT begins to ignore you. Do yourselves a favor and take your money anywhere else.
