When their products fail they declare the replacements are no longer available. Say they will publicly blacklist anyone who returns their stuff and won't refund unless you give them the best review within five to seven days. Shabby organization

I bought the CampCampSC36 a complete NVR set with 4 cameras - after less than a year 1 camera failed - their suggestion? Buy a new one from them!
They push you into leaving a positive review very early promising free cloud which never arrived (manipulating).
The app is pure garbage, the camera display goes off randomly and the siren, presets, light control and more don't work...and the ads are just invasive pushing to buy their products? After such an awful experience I won't buy anything from them. AVOID

BUT! Less than a year later it starts cycling on/off all the time. Cannot set clip length to max 3 minutes & it records anything between 14 SECONDS & 2 MINUTES and of course nothing it it's 'rest period'. Just when I needed it this week when I was cut up. NO CLIP!

Toguard, doesn't answer support enquiries. My Dashcam did not hold time correctly. Couldn't get any post sales support. Just go elsewhere! Not worth the time.

Very bad company - the parcel got lost, they assured me compensation and expedited shipping for the resend and they didn’t honour it, they still haven’t resent my parcel. Very poor customer service and they’ve just taken my money! NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

Never ever buy with them directly or elsewhere. These guys are scam and they are selling their cheap low quality products for higher prices. Don’t trust the item description it’s not what is explained in description. I made a mistake by buying a dash cam from them. It would fall every second day and also when you try to download the video you required you will end up waiting enough long and same video clip will be downloaded multiple times. Also my dash cam would turn off automatically and will turn back on again on multiple occasions. Sometime I have to turn it on manually. I contacted support they have promised me they will replaced the dash cam if problem doesn’t get resolved after their suggested step. Today they have send me an email in which they have refused to replace the cam. So I would highly recommend not to buy from these fruadsters instead buy from a different company on Amazon for peace of mind. I had bought it on Amazon I would have my money back for this faulty item. Shame on you
This dash cam has let me down twice
This dash cam has let me down twice, once when i was stopped for drink driving, when tested i was sober and i looked for the footage of the stop but the footage was not recorded as it had missed about an hour of recording, the file was simply not there, i had set the recordings to 5 minute recording files but when examining it it showed lots of corrupted files, the second time, i was done for driving at 70 in a 60 zone on the motorway but again it had not recorded about an hour of the footage that i needed to prove my defence case, think carefully before you buy any of their products

Bought a security camera from this company so I could keep an eye on my pets. Not a terrible camera, but the app shortly became unavailable. I found out through them that it was discontinued and the camera was no useless.
They offered for me to try a "free product". The sketchy part was they wanted me to buy it through an Amazon link that they provided and then would eventually pay back. Everything about their customer service seemed not legit and just wanting me to buy more from them. A camera that is on an app that they can't keep going? Yeah no way I'm trusting that won't happen again. I shouldn't have to buy new product and then get refunded if their current product becomes useless due to the app they provided. Should just offer to fix it with me laying a credit card out.
And just bad customer service. Either I was talking to someone with that lack basic understanding or a bot.
Not great customer service
bought a security light bulb camera 11-10, camera would not send motion notice alert to my phone, after many communications with customer service (communicate through facebook messenger) kinda strange way to communicate, their tech kept saying the problem was with camera angle, placement etc, but no changes worked, eventually after I requested return and refund info. I decided to beboot the camera just to see if that would help, and after the reboot the notifications began to work,,,why the Hell didn't their tech suggest a reboot instead of acting like I was not setting camera up properly? I have decide to keep camera, but the customer service is poor

Purchased toguard 12” 4k mirror dashcam (rm05) on the 7th of December 2022 working all good up until August 2023 when I noticed it would power on and say low battery and power off after around 20 seconds even though it is hardwired in, got in contact with (not to guard) who told me to remove it from my vehicle and charge it for 3 to 6 hours and see if it was still doing the same thing (new this wouldn’t make any difference) told them the next day it’s still the same and sent a video of proof only for them to turn around and say it’s old (😂) and they can offer me a 10% discount on a new one it’s less than a year old and supposedly still under warranty when I asked why it’s old being less than a year old all communication stopped. This was purchased from a eBay seller went back to the seller who told me to change the battery and make sure to replace it with Duracell or energiser so lucky I’m competent enough to open and see that the battery is not a coin style (as suggested) it’s one of those 3.7v lithium batteries ordered one from Amazon and replaced it and that solved the issue. (Shouldn’t be down to the customer when the product is still under warranty). Moral of the story avoid this company like the coronavirus there warranty is meaningless and they do not honour it. ( I also replaced the battery with a 600mah battery as apposed to the 500mah which it came with).

Camera ordered already used and muddy
Received a (supposedly new) wildlife camera from Toguard that had mud splatters all over it, general gunk and what looked like bird excrement! To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Wish I'd looked into this company before buying it. Not holding my breath for a refund although I have asked for one.

WARNING - do NOT order a Toguard product. Their 12-month warranty was not honoured. We had purchased 2 trail cameras and a solar panel. The solar panel failed within 10 months and they would not honour their "100% money back guarantee" and "hassle-free 12-month warranty". We wouldn't buy from this company again.
