Toi ‘n’ Moi Ltd builds workforce management software for UK organisations that run shift-based teams — care providers, hospitality, security, and facilities/cleaning firms. Our flagship products, Rota Manager and Rota Sync, help managers build compliant rotas, track staff availability and time-off, and keep every shift change auditable, while giving staff a companion app to view schedules, request swaps, and log availability from their phone. What sets us apart is a direct focus on the UK’s Employment Rights Act 2025: guaranteed-hours rights, reasonable shift-notice requirements, and cancellation pay all come into force through 2027, and most scheduling tools on the market don’t have a shipped feature addressing any of them. We built compliance dashboards, a cancellation register, and guaranteed-hours calculations directly into Rota Manager so operators can see where they stand today rather than finding out during an employment tribunal. Beyond compliance, we support real day-to-day rostering problems: multi-site staff pooling, shift patterns and templates, geofenced check-in/check-out with configurable time tolerances, dual holiday-pay calculations for irregular-hours workers (following the Harpur Trust v Brazel precedent), care-specific features like key-worker continuity and structured handover notes, and CQC inspection-pack exports for regulated care providers. We’re a small, UK-based team, and our infrastructure and pricing are built around serving smaller and mid-sized operators — the businesses that are often underserved by rostering software designed for national chains. We’d rather ship a feature a named customer actually needs than one that just looks good on a features list, and we’re upfront when something isn’t ready yet rather than overselling it.See more
