Poor quality and terrible customer service. Second hammock that tore and they're now $400. No help from them whatsoever.

Great stuff. Welds need some work. Not for strength but easier to put together.
I have a lot of your product. However our wood is always swollen and doesn’t fit. I spend more time making them fit than digging a hole. The biggest problem is some of the welds are poor and too high. Fix it and your customers will share the ease and in turn you will sell more product. As for me I love it but hate putting it together.

Screws are poorly made
Screws are poorly made. Easily break. Easily stripped. The metal brackets could be better quality. Thicker. More sturdy.
everyone will be impressed!
instructions were clear and everything arrived in a timely manner ... looks FANTASTIC
I will add if you are using 6x6 materials .. be sure to have lots of help lifting things up
otherwise went up like a charm
also ... order extra screws in case you strip some out with your power drills?

Great idea, terrible design, don't waste your money
I wasted more time on this project than I care to admit. I watched the videos, read the directions, and had a plan to put together a 10'x10' pergola on top of my deck. First, the 4x4 posts would not go in without force. Even with us shaving down the sides and adding soap, we still had to use a 4lb dead blow hammer to get the bracket all the way on. The wood was dry - the tabs inside the bracket did not allow it to go all the way on. Once we finally got the top put together (a full day of work), we tried to get the base posts on. We had done some prep work and shaved the sides down enough so that it would not require so much force. But, it was way too heavy for 4 people to lift. I do not give up easily on DIY projects, but this one was unsafe with the weight of the wood+brackets.
It's a great design, but the directions and all videos put out by Toja Grid were misleading. I lost about 3 weekends worth of work, spent $400 for a pile of busted steel, and still paid a contractor to build a pergola on my deck.

PERGOLA CONSTRUCTED WITH TOJA GRID BRACKETS
We just completed a 22'x12' pergola using Toja Grid brackets, 6"x 6" and 2"x 6" rough cut Douglas fir and a polycarbonate roof from Regal Plastics. LED lighting was installed with all the wiring hidden in the beams. Two 66" Hunter outdoor ceiling fans will be installed soon. All the beams have been painted white to match our house. The pergola covers our patio extension next to our new pool. We love the look!!

Exactly what I wanted
The order shipped promptly, I received timely updates, and received the order without issue. The items were well packaged and exactly as described. I'm very happy with the final result

Amazing Quality
I am so happy my husband was adamant about ordering the hardware and building the pergola himself versus buying a pre fabricated model. Our pergola looks so expensive, beautiful and most importantly sturdy. But now he is gonna have to build the patio furniture to go under it as well! 😂 I want everything tojagrid!

A Beautiful Shade Solution
The Toja Grid system was delivered quickly and assembled easily and beautifully. I wish I'd gotten one long ago. Perfect shade solution for my patio.
I decided to add a shade sail to one of the sides of my pergola. These additions arrived quickly as well. The shade sails work perfectly and are easily attached, adjusted, or removed.
