Wonderful customer service

Wonderful customer service. Very quick and easy to onboard new properties and Tokeet has probably the widest range of additional add-ons fro direct booking sites to housekeeper aps. Just have to take into account that Rategenie will be sort of a must to use for revenue management.

Love It! make my life so much easier

I evaluated 4 rental mgmt software before deciding on Tokeet. I used the trial time frame for each and choose Tokeet because of their easy of use, value and customer support. Anytime I had a question or issue I go to the live chat and I would generally get a response pretty quickly. Everyone is super helpful on the support team. There are a few bugs that I have identified and waiting on the fixes. Overall I love it! I only have 3 properties but looking to grow so I wanted to have a platform that I can grow with and that continues to improve.

Good channel manager and a responsive team

We use Tokeet on more than 60 properties and are very satisfied with it's performance, functionality and use.
Easily automated, it is efficient and effective for our business.
But also, it remains a business that does listen to its customers, recently I raised a system ticket not about a problem but a 'nice to have' that I thought had merit. Not only did Tokeet recognise and respond to the request, they delivered into production within 4 weeks. Superb.

Very impressed over-all.

I have been using Tokeet Channel Manager for over a year, including 2 of their additional services. Very impressed over-all. Their channel Manager is very good, prevents double bookings & links all of my apartments with all channels etc.. If you have more than 2 listings, I advise using Automata, which automatically sends guest communication - this saves me sooooo much time!
Tokeets customer service team are always there if you need help - very quick to reply to your queries. Michael just helped me for over 2 hours this evening. Amazing service and recommend if you have several listings, across multiple channels.

Tokeet.......I love affair!

I want to start by expressing how much I love Tokeet! I was hesitant to sign up for Tokeet at first, so I decided to give it a try for a limited time. I have not regretted keeping Tokeet for the past year and half now. Tokeet helps keep your rental property managed seamlessly. Whenever I have a reservation, Tokeet blocks off the dates across all the channels. Every time I have an expense I input into Tokeet and it keeps track of my expenses. It keeps track of my revenue and my accounts receivable. I am better able to manage my cash flow and monitor my profit margin. With the Margin’s add on I am able to offer dynamic pricing based on demand which really helps increase revenue. Aside from all of this Tokeet is user friendly and easy to use. For these and so many reasons I personally HIGHLY recommend Tokeet.
