I've been with Toluna for some years now and manage to build up points for Amazon vouchers about twice a year. It is frustrating to be screened out of a lot of surveys, or find that they have closed by the time I see them, but on the whole it is a reliable survey site, worth the effort.
It would be nice if they could arrange for surveys to hit inboxes in the morning, but that might disadvantage shift-workers so probably fair as it stands.
Toluna seem to have got much better at sending out vouchers by email quite quickly. It used to be very annoying to find that you've built up points over a few months and then have to wait another 8 weeks to receive them. The last voucher I applied fro arrived within a few days, but, of course, they no longer notify you by email so it;s up to us to keep an eye on M7 Rewards page.

Quite a good survey site - lots of surveys offered and better than a lot of the other. Downside is they take too long to give you the rewards you have earned

A good survey site as there are lots of surveys on a daily basis. It has a decent reward point system where points accrue quickly and some pretty useful reward choices. A lot of screenouts but sufficient to be a quite lucrative site with enough variety to be fun and interesting.

Ive been a member of Toluna now for quite a few years and its a great way to complete surveys and grab rewards. You get a decent amount of surveys to complete, it doesnt mean you can take them all because some times you get screened out, but mostly you get a decent amount. It takes a while to get a reward but if you log on daily and take the surveys by taking your time and answering truthfully those rewards will come. The Toluna community are a great bunch of people, i chat with most on the web site daily and have to say some are now what i call my internet friends. Give Toluna a go im sure you will fit in nicely and keep a look out for me to say hi to

I've been a member of Toluna for a few months and so far had no issues. I get a sufficient number of survey invites and do get screened out of a lot. However, have managed to accumulate enough points to redeem for egift cards three times so far this year. The community is a very friendly bunch of members. I would recommend Toluna and rate as one of the better survey sites.

Toluna is an effective survey experience, however I'm disappointed that the points earning potential has been reduced over the past year.

Toluna is the only survey site that I trust. Have succesfully obtained several vouchers since I joined. Can be frustrating at times. Some days you feel like you get quite a few surveys under your belt and other days it feels like every survey has filled up or they’re looking for a different profile- despite the fact you’ve provided lots of info for several
Minutes! Saying that, I would recommend this site to my friends and will continue to do so!

Get rejected for the majority of Surveys even after you have completed quite a few question or a couple of minutes of your time. You don't meet the criteria or we have enough of this criteria. Good surveys otherwise and interesting when you do meet the criteria.

I really like Toluna for its community feel, the kindness of all the members I’ve seen so far, the willingness of staff to help, the speed they prosess transactions on their page like for iTunes votchers and such.

A friendly and helpful site where you earn points by doing surveys. Good prizes that don’t take too long to earn. I have had several Amazon vouchers from this site. Would recommend.

Toluna surveys are rewarding & it is a very friendly & helpful site ~ with a great community spirit !

Been a member for a number of years and complete daily surveys easily on my phone. Not bad for rewards typically earning £25 a month just for ticking some boxes on a form. The thing that really keeps me there is the community that post and reply to some great topics. Apart from the business end of it there are some lovely supportive people who I actually think care about others and their feelings.
As with all sites of this nature there will always be technical problems (hence 4 stars) but I plan on continuing to join in for as long as it remains engaging.

The best survey site - has its times with few surveys but consistently has more surveys than all the other sites. Their payment times have recently improved. They have an active community discussion forum and frequently offer competitions and challenges. Occasionally there are problems with surveys redirecting back to the site and points being credited.

Excellent survey site great surveys good rewards and a fantastic community

There are usually lots of ways to accumulate points, and many surveys to answer.
However, a huge amount of points are needed to earn rewards such as vouchers. Numbers of points awarded per survey have gradually decreased over time, which makes it more difficult to reach amount wanted.
The good thing is that these days rewards are usually quickly sent.

The social interaction between members is the best part of this site.
Our profile's don't seem to affect which surveys we get & some are so badly written you wonder if there is any quality control at all.

Plenty of surveys, but too many of them screen you out very late on, when you've already spent a long while entering data. No point complaining to Toluna abut this either as they always have an answer that exonerates themselves & puts the blame on the survey taker

I love Toluna.
The surveys are frequent and interesting.
The points soon mount up and you can exchange them for cash straight into your Paypal account or for vouchers to spend at a variety of retailer.
They also have a daily game where you can earn more points just for spinning a wheel. Extra games throughout the year too - Easter Christmas etc.
I have been a member for a few years and havent been disappointed by anything. Thanks Toluna
