Tom and Sophie worked with us during our recent house move, and helped us find the best mortgage and insurance to suit our family’s needs. Our chain took far longer than anticipated, and Tom and Sophie went above and beyond to guide and support us throughout! From keeping us on top of deadlines, reliably communicating with all parties and giving us kind reassurances. They have our full recommendation!

Tom & Sophie have been incredible from start to finish of our new buyer journey. From looking at properties to completing took a lot longer than we anticipated and there were a few bumps along the way, however, Tom & Sophie always checked in to make sure everything was ok and offered support along the way. Without them both i reckon we would have felt very stressed throughout but luckily didnt have to experience that. Thanks so much both. Would highly recommend for anyone unfamiliar with the process.

The process of buying a home can be extremely daunting, so many questions and complexities. That’s why Tom and Sophie are so fantastic at what they do, they helped us through every step of the process. On hand at each stage, answering all of our questions, even the ones that felt silly to ask! The personal and friendly feeling of all of our meetings made everything feel very comfortable, with Tom opening up most of our meetings with “has Abbie made any more plans to gut the place?”. By the way, the new kitchen is being delivered next week!!!

We used Tom as our mortgage broker when buying our first house and he was awesome from start to finish. So made sense use him again for when we remortgaged. He broke everything down for us and went through every option available. Once we had chose our new provider Sophie took over and updated us every step of the way and answered any questions we had quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone, great service from some very nice people.

Tom has a wealth of knowledge about the process to finding the right mortgage. We started off thinking we were not in a position to move forward but Tom talked us through everything, answered all our questions & got us into a position to make an offer in a matter of weeks.

Tom and Sophie were amazing from the start. We had a few issues with our land registry, which was totally unconnected to our mortgage, but they both supported us throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend them and would definitely use Tom Lynch mortgages again without hesitation.

Tom has been fantastic and very patience for a year I think our journey began over a year ago, when we were went through so many different types of mortgages as we weren’t sure what we wanted to do, tom was always there, and we finally this year found the area and house we wanted so we started again with another mortgage application, and it is now all approved and should be moving very soon, so thank you Tom and Sophie for your complete patience and professionalism. Will be coming back in 2 years to discuss a new mortgage rate highly recommend.

Such an easy review to make, from our apprehension at the start Thomas and Sophie made it super relaxed walked us through everything and at any point between solicitors or anything that came our way they kept us updated and chased up any queries for us throughout the whole process. We went from thinking maybe we should buy our house to having one meeting and deciding this is it from the information Thomas gave. It was near stressless considering we just bought our first house. So happy with Thomas and Sophie. Couldn't have asked for better mortgage advice and guidance thank you so much guys!
