I have ordered a number of different items from Tomm and the jewellery is always incredible quality for reasonable prices. I have also told my friends and family about them too. A great brand with great customer service. I have items that I wear daily and others that I keep for ‘best’. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Easy to wear every day jewellery
So I’ve bought a few items from TOMM Jewellery, an ankle bracelet, 2 gold plated bracelets and a gold plated ring. All of them I wear every single day and just take them off to shower, I’ve had them for years now and I would honesty go out and replace them tomorrow if I ever lost them as I love how dainty and easy to wear they are. I’ve also used the re-stringing service that they offer on the ankle bracelet due to extreme weight loss and that was such as easy process. Definitely worth a buy.

SCAMMERS!
SCAMMERS!! they refused to give me 100% my money back when I discovered their jewelry is fake silver plate that changes color. However they advertise it is stainless steel. The said they will charge 30% service fee not a full refund I was smart and purchased through PayPal . They tried to get me to cancel the PayPal claim with u assures 100% refund on the purchase however if you cancel the claim PayPal cannot reopen it again. and these scammers can then keep all of your money these guys are all over Facebook advertising. BEWARE

The earring did not stay in place
The earring did not stay in place, they were supposed to go up the ear to make it look like you have a few piercings but they kept falling down but the quality was good. I did try adjusting through the day but it made no difference, they kept slipping down, they also didn’t lie flat against your ear

Thank you for your feedback and for mentioning the quality of the earrings. We’re really sorry to hear they didn’t sit quite as you expected.
Our triple star studs are designed as climber earrings, which means they are gently adjusted once in the ear so they sit securely along the lobe. Because everyone’s ear shape and piercing placement is different, they can sometimes need a small pinch or adjustment to help them stay in place and achieve that “multiple piercing” look.
We’re always more than happy to help with this and would have loved the chance to guide you or offer a solution before you felt disappointed enough to leave a review.
