I love SMM. SMM has really opened up my hips and my legs are getting stronger (after one month of 3/4 times a week with the Regression follow along). I'm 79 with spinal stenosis, osteoporosis, disc degeneration, and two bad shoulders so I know progress will be slow but I feel it already. Tom's explanations are clear and his different options for the exercises make a huge difference. I like his emails that keep the inspiration going, plus all his free videos. He's great.

I was initially suspicious of another Facebook advert but having tried some of the YouTube follow-alongs I decided to take the plunge. Best thing for flexibility and strength I have ever done. (and I've done yoga for years). 18 months on and I am still going strong with the programmes and I've seen significant improvements in strength and flexibility. Somehow Tom's programmes have connected me with muscles like never before. The humour, sense of community from the team and Facebook group are brilliant. Currently looking forward to the fun and challenge of my second January reset.

I am a runner and do strength train who has been plagued by injuries. I feel like I’ve tried every program going in the past! A friend directed me to Tom and at first I wasn’t sure as it seemed a bit like another stretch program. However I was quickly blown away by how good it actually is. Very quickly I saw improvements in my flexibility but also my injuries. Things didn’t hurt as much. I could get up in the morning without staggering around for the first few minutes. I have gone on to buy the stability builder and that’s good too. Can’t recommend it enough!

After using most of the previous programs I knew this one would be great as well. Great explanations, follow along and printouts for starters. Even though I didn’t have any major problems to “fix”. I hold less tension and move better.

Having had a lower back problem for several years - physio didn't help. I found Toms 7 days of awsome which led to buying SMM and after a couple of sessions my pain went. Hubby tried it and also became a convert.......

I've always had trouble to stay consistent with exercise. With SMM I'm seeing improvements so quickly and often that staying motivated isn't an issue at all.
Some of my wins within 6 months:
- Lower backpain mostly gone
- Knees look straighter
- Being able to hike a long downhill section without knee pain
- I can touch my toes
The exercises are well explained in both the videos and the written materials. I highly recommend this program.

Having used the program for myself and discovering that whilst I always knew I was a “bendy Wendy” I didn’t fully understand how much it affected ALL my joints and how in charge of injury prevention you can be. The SMM program is easy to follow, a great price and there is so much supportive material on YouTube and via the amazing Facebook forum. Great value for money. I wish I’d started this years ago - it’s never too late! An absolute eye-opener for those of us who are stiff or have been injured over the years. The programs are really adaptable so you can start where your body is up to and progress at your own pace, in your own home WITHOUT needing to purchase equipment. It’s been amazing feeling this tired old body, that’s ALWAYS been inflexible, start to loosen up and move in the way it was intended.
Tom and the team explain things with as much detail as necessary, demonstrate clearly and do it all with a good dose of humour. ‘Cheat sheets’ and a number of other resources are also provided which is great for those of us who need a little reminder without wanting to re-watch demos.
There’s no excuses to not be improving how your body moves, this program is so straightforward.

SMM is a great program that really works. I have followed it regularly for two years ( I am now 67) and am definitely stronger and much more mobile and have better posture. Instructions are easy to follow and there are variants to suit every level of mobility and strength. These two years have above all given me much better body awareness and the habit of exercising consistently. A great help in getting consistent is the lovely and helpful SMM community, and of course Tom, Jenni and the team who answer questions and give encouragement when we best need it. I highly recommend this program and also Stability Builder and Shoulder and Posture Fix; more specialized and great for variety. This is real value for money, it works and is fun.

Even if my day isn't great, Tom is there - he knows his stuff, he tells it like it is and I think he's funny and engaging. Their SMM program helped immensely with my chronic back pain and debilitating headaches. It's a complete program that gives me a clear structure to follow, but it's also flexible enough to adapt to bad days, thanks to regressions and super regressions for every exercise. The Facebook community and extra Youtube videos help me keep motivation, too. Love the humour too! no whining and wishing it was different, everyone is in charge of theur own healing. Everyone should do this!

I recently started this program after healing from four partial tears in my right shoulder and one in my left , every time that I’ve tried to get back to exercising I have re injured myself but this time using this program I’ve regained strength and flexibility within a few weeks without injury. They have answered any questions I have and been super helpful. Highly recommend.

Just completed 103 sessions with SMM (would've done it for 100 sessions but forgot). I'm not exaggerating, the SMM programme is life-changing. I'm an avid gym-goer, and have been for 10 years. My mobility was seen as something I really didn't need to worry about (I'm 34, it's a problem for another day). But since changing to a job where I'm sitting more often, and after ignoring many niggles in hips and shoulders, I saw SMM advertised on Facebook and thought to give it a go. I now have more confidence in the gym, going for bigger lifts and not being limited by more range of motion and little pains. My shoulder impingement has pretty much gone, I have looser hips, and more confidence to try new things. I can push myself more, be open to try new things, and not feel limited anymore by mobility that I didn't care about. So yes, SMM is life-changing. Trust the process, more better, be flong and sexible!
