Phenomenal products but ordering from the vendor is a mess - delays, shipping notifications when all you have is a label for days on end, and inert customer support

I ordered to my address but there was no address number. I tried contact Tommy John initially but was met with some automated responses but after the product was delivered to the wrong address I contacted them again and they shipped another package right away with express shipping so it would be here in time for X-Mas. Great Experience and great products.

Don't order internationally. They say they ship internationally, will take your money and the package will sit in LA. You'll have to reach out to cancel the order, because they won't proactively let you know and then you'll get ripped off on the exchange on the refund.

Placed an order but mistakenly had paid without checking the shipping which was quite a lot. Contacted support to cancel the order, and within a couple of minutes they reached out to let me know it was canceled.

If you want to spend 5 times more for underwear than anywhere else and have your underwear wear out 5 times faster than any other brand, Tommy John is the company for you.

And customer service offers 10% off the next purchase if you complain.

The most bizarre e-commerce experience I've ever had. I submitted a $300 order online and received an email confirmation. A minute later, I received an email notifying me my order was cancelled due to suspected fraud. This has never happened to me purchasing something online. I did absolutely nothing fraudulent but their system flagged me for absolutely no reason., Took my business to Mack Weldon. Spoke to a customer service rep and she was clueless. Stay away from this amateur company.

The underwear body separates from the waist band. This occurred on two of the three items I purchased. Tommy John customer service contacted me and promised to replace the items. I never heard from them again, nor did they replace the defective products. Very poor product and service in all respects. Photos are available for those interested.

Expensive underwear that falls apart in the wash quite easily - I wore their AIR line. Too pricey for the value!

Purchased mens and womens three times over the last few years. Yes, they are a bit pricey when not on sale or special deal, but the womens Air Mesh briefs feel like nothing and no panty line; cotton briefs are cozy comfy and hardly any panty line as well. I travel a lot and they pack tiny and dry very quickly.
I always put in lingerie bag in washer and always hang to dry (never dryer) and they have held up well. Customer service rocks: when actual arrival date changed from what was promised I was credited shipping (to Canada) right away. Husband loves that his 3 year-old cotton briefs don't have a waistband rolling problem. Like Paulas Choice, fan for life.

I’ve had better underwear for less price Hanes…not all Customers do not have a 34 inch waist like the models on TV if you’ve got the slightest bigger stomach when you roll over in the bed your underwear come down ..I wake up 5 to 6 times a night to pull them up …highly overrated

I have purchased several items from Tommy John and have found everything to be comfortable and accurately sized. However, the hems on the women's underwear start to fray after two or three washes (even on the gentle cycle and inside a delicates bag). This is not like one small snag in the hem, but rather the entire portion pulling apart and creating a giant nest of thread which renders the underwear trash.

Unfortunately TJ underwear did not work for me. I first bought a pair of Cool cotton boxer briefs in my regular size. Material and fit was exquisite. However, they RODE UP MY THIGHS really badly. Had to do ALOT OF ADJUSTING throughout the day. So, I exchanged them for a pair of cool cotton briefs. Again, material is wonderful. BUT, fit is bizarre. Very uncomfortable to wear. I couldn't last an hour in them. So, now I'm stuck with 2 pairs of underwear I cannot wear. Sadly they will be given away and my $35 down the drain. To be fair I typically have had problems with ride up of boxer briefs regardless of brand and style. EXCEPT FOR ONE: Jockey Pouch Midways. Ride up is minimal and does not cause me discomfort throughout the day. All other Jockey regular and long legged boxer briefs DO ride up on me. Therefore, I shall stick to wear Jockey Pouch Midways (and Jockey Pouch briefs).
