I hated not being able to arrange a suitable delivery day. While working full time I was happy to stay home from work all day to accept the delivery, but I couldn't arrange this at all. Delivery was a surprise. I had no notice the item was on for delivery until it obviously went back to depot and I received a "delivery attempt" in my letterbox. Trying to re-arrange delivery I then had to pay for the re-delivery. Again, communication was poor. Customer service was rude when I was trying to arrange this and an email to the service team as feedback after receiving had a pretty average attitude about anything changing. Wont ever buy again from them. Not worth the hassle.

Very happy, very comfy mattress!

Bought 2 gas lift beds. Very happy with the purchase. Came with easy to follow instructions for assembly.
It was as described. Gas lift works well. I wondered if it would lift okay with the weight of a spring mattress. There was no problem with that.
Would be happy to buy again if needed

Wasted a lot of money over the past 25 yrs on big name so called posturpedic, memory mattresses that promised to help my back and give me a good sleep ( blah blah blah) in my honest opinion no good for me.
BUT NOW I HAVE THE BEST.
I decided to take a punt on this Tommy Swiss mattress and I can honestly say I finally got the best. Now not only do I get a comfortable full night's uninterrupted sleep but almost all the pain is gone in my back,neck, shoulders,arms and legs I am amazed and doing things throughout the day that haven't done in years.
When I bought this T.S. mattress I paid less than 10% of the money that I paid for my last mattress and feel like I get over a 1000% better comfort,support and sleep than ever before and I am in a happier state of mind due to the fact I don't walk around in constant pain and tiredness any more. I normally don't write reviews on anything but I really wanted to share my experience with everyone that I can about what I think of this amazing mattress plus also to THANK YOU Tommy Swiss.

Great mattress. Very comfortable

What you see is what you get -- good quality at a fair price. My wife and I are really happy with the bed we purchased and we had a real sense of achievement putting it together ourselves

We purchased a bed 14 months ago. Both side rails cracked and collapsed. I contacted Tommy Swiss who stated it was out of the 12-month warranty. They advised there were no spare parts for our particular bed. I asked for a refund or credit note as 2 months out of warranty is not good enough. They stated we only give 12-month warranties for the reason. Not putting a lot of faith in their own product, nor my faith.
After 3 months of debate, I noticed they were selling our bed again, I had to ask them if they now had parts in stock. After a further week of no response, they decided to send out spare parts (without informing me). I wasn't home and the delivery company needed approval for re-delivery. I have to wait a further week for customer service to approve the re-delivery.

I will never buy a product from Tommy Swiss every again based on the terrible customer service experience I have had. Overall the whole process has taken 3 months because it would go weeks before I received a response from them.

delivery was fast, easy to put together. Finish on the product a bit patchy, and it squeaks like hell. Great overall for the price. Thanks

Your site was extremely easy to navigate with a wide variety/ choices and affordable prices. With back problems, I needed good support and comfort, I found both. Extremely easy to assemble. Very happy customer.

Great bed frame great price goes together very neat only complaint I have is better instructions with the screw sizes and placement but would differently buy again

Poor quality. Ordered two bedside tables, which were shipped separately, website describes "wood veneer" which usually means thin slices of wood glued to MDF but these were printed MDF panels, which look extremely cheap. To make it worse, one part was missing and replaced with an extra part that doesn't fit. Now lying in the bedroom half built. Instructions aren't very clear either. Refund please!

I was initially so happy with the bed I purchased for my son. It was a great price, easy to put together and looked great. However after around 8 months one of the side rails has snapped in the middle. We are currently having to hold it up with two books wedged underneath and unsure what to do.

I guess you get what you pay for? Pretty disappointed.
