Oredered online in September. No product by December. Very poor communication and customer service. Cancelled the order and asked for a refund of over $230. Still not processed after 2 weeks. Would not recommend the online store. Stick to buying otc.
I ordered something in December for Christmas (not expecting it to arrive in time), and I never received it. After a month of waiting, I tried reaching out to get a status on the order. They said it would take some time due to a shipment containing that particular item being delayed. I waited an additional three to four months. The gift was for a Christmas present, then a birthday present, but the birthday passed too. When I asked them to cancel and refund the order, they ignored me. I can tolerate the wait due to shipping, but not ignoring me when I want my money back. Do not purchase anything from this store.
Do not order from them! I ordered several items over two months ago and they never shipped them. I called and emailed them and never got an answer. I still got charged and had to file a complaint with my bank.
