I can’t recommend the team at TomPhibbs.ie highly enough. From start to finish, the service has been absolutely fantastic.
A special mention has to go to Aoife, who has always been brilliant to deal with. She always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of and it’s a pleasure dealing with someone who is so friendly, efficient and customer-focused.
I’d also like to mention Killian, who handles the delivery side of things. He is always reliable and courteous, and the deliveries are consistently handled without any hassle. It’s reassuring to know that when you order from TomPhibbs.ie, the service doesn’t stop once the order has been placed — everything is followed through right to delivery.
What stands out most is the consistency. I have never had an issue with TomPhibbs.ie. Every order and interaction has been handled efficiently, and the overall experience has been excellent every time.
