Tom has a great empathy towards people and a knack for understanding the root cause of an issue. He's very methodical with his approach, asking the right questions and making you feel comfortable while you explore your current situation and the path that brought you there. It feels like he truly gets you after just a couple of sessions! I also love how he guides you towards optimizing your capabilities, giving you the time to arrive to important conclusions yourself which is super empowering.
