No one is answering the phone, it's actually disconnected. Obviously fake website

This is not an actual company. Their address is for a Publix super market. They take your credit card and initiate charges to fake companies to launder the money. They charged my card around $1500 in three charges. The companies that showed up on my bank statement were big names or public utilities which had an air of legitimacy, but, they were all fake and used to launder the money. The first sign or trouble was they never sent out a order confirmation. Couldn't get through to them by phone but they responded to an email saying they were having problems with their payment portal. Lies, all lies. I have lodged a complaint with the FBI.

I ordered a Little Tykes climber set for $125.00 on April 21, 2023 to arrive on April 30, 2023. The item has not arrived and when I attempted to reach the company there is no response either by phone or email.

Why is this company still allowed to operate?

I placed an order for a basketball hoop for my grandson. Never received a confirmation email; never received the product and so far, have never been charged for it. Phone # on website does not work. This is a FAKE company! I had to cancel my credit card that I used because I know they will commit fraud on it! So frustrating!

Never sent a conformation and when you call the phones busy and all agents are to busy to help you but the same one Maria.However, she is of no help asks for your name and phone and email and never does anything good with it Told me four days after I placed the order someone would get back to me in 24 hrs.Never happened or my refunds AWAY from this place or brace for the worst

Crooks. They charged us, said they were backordered for weeks, never shipped the item. Nobody answers the phone. Fraud/ scammers.

Scam. Website collects credit card numbers and tries to use them for transactions. If they can't, they have your phone # and call you pretending that credit card has fraudulent charges and you need to de-authorize them or you will be responsible for hundreds or perhaps thousands of dollars. The next step, I assume, is to get your information over the phone, but by now I already know this was a scam, hung up the phone and called my CC to report it...

My card was unauthorizedly charged totally for $800 by various Internet services (KLARNA INC COLUMBUS OH - financial services, ROSE FOREVER NY - flowers fast delivery). I made fraud claims to my bank. After this I was trying to guess where my card had been stolen. And I remembered that 3 weeks ago I ordered a toy at Tomtami. Everything comes pretty clear after reading these reviews.

This online "store" collects your credit card info, but never ships any orders. They respond with a fake excuse that the website has card processing issue, but never resolve it. I effect, they collect credit card information. I canceled my card immediately

All red flags, they need to be investigated. Received an order# instantly, but never received a confirmation email nor was my card charged. I emailed them, and received a cryptic response (right away, actually) that there was a credit card problem on the site and I would be charged (and the item would ship) once it’s fixed. I tried calling them after receiving this, but their phone is out of service. I emailed them again to see if they could take the order over the phone instead, but they replied, ‘the website will be fixed soon.’ Will have to request a new credit card cuz the one I gave is definitely stolen.

Tracking said my order was on hold. I asked several times when I could expect my order and was repeatedly told “free shipping takes 8 business days”. Maria/the support chat was extremely slow to answer my questions and repeatedly lied to me, assuring me that I could expect my order by the end of this week. When it became very clear my order wasn’t arriving yesterday and I started asking more questions, they finally asked for my order number and told me that it hadn’t even been processed. Total scam. Don’t waste your time.

Shortly after, there was fraudulent activity on the credit card I used. I am absolutely certain it was this Tomtami site.

This appears to be a scam site, order is on hold but no bank charge.

Ordered something over a week ago. Was never charged. Contacted them a few days ago and heard nothing back. Definitely a scam. Do not buy from here!!

This company is a scammer and need to be removed off the website

This is a scam site. I traced their information back and it is not to a company. Their address is a local grocery store and phone number is out of service.

This is a scam site and one of several which are listed as being Miami area LLC (Limited Liability Corporation) which are used as a part of their scam.
One big sign that this is a scam site is that their address on their site registration and site is that of a local Publix supermarket and not an actual business.
Another sign that this is a scam is the review farming on WOT for this site. WOT is now taking money for positive reviews, thus this is bogus.

It’s a scam, I ordered toys from here and my order says on hold. The number they have isn’t in order just has a busy signal. They don’t respond to your customer service inquiries. They just take your money and don’t send the toys.

Notice all the positive reviews are within 2 days.
My interaction with customer service was comical. Their responses had no relevance to my questions
