Finally received my order. It was held up by customs which is an issue with products imported from China.

Company have been helpful and reimbursed some of the fee.

A good store where it's nice to shop. Various assortment of goods. Often come across the right products for flash (coupon) sale. The ability to use coupons with points. Clear customer support.

I made an order on this website 3 months ago and didn’t recieve anything. They keep aksing me to wait until the Local post office sends it, that I have to wait cause there’s a holiday: christmas, chinese spring holiday...
I checked in the post office and I found out there is no package at all with my name. It’s a freud.

Like lots of other people on here I have used Tom Top a few times now. This is all you need to know, if the order comes through fine and it works, then all good you have a bargain.
But, if it doesn't work you are screwed, offers of repair and £15.00 is a joke for a £100+ Sharp Z2 phone. No RMA return address and non sensible responses back but nothing concrete as a solution.
I am trying once more to get my money back but if not this will be the last time I use them. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Nearly the Worst buying experience ever. Ordered an oscilloscope for £195.00 from their eu warehouse took a month to arrive from a supposed 72 hour despatch time. The item was faulty on arrival with a display fault which made it unuseable, contacted tomtop who wanted videos pictures and a description of the fault after sending these they suggested I have it repaired locally at my expence and offered me an insulting £20 as a refund, a repair in the UK would probably exceed the cost of the item even if spares could be sourced, tomtop would not offer me a refund or replacement and stopped answering my emails
Good news,Yeri from customer support contacted me and promised to resolve the problem at no cost to me. After several emails and a couple of weeks I received the necessary part to give me a functioning oscilloscope. Yeri has been very helpful and kept me informed of what was happening.
Although it has been a long time since date of purchase the problem has been resolved to my satisfaction. If Tomtop offered this support from the start I would have been very happy

The worst on-line seler there is

I got damaged item (drone) for 50 eur and they do not want to refund me. The Drone was flying without control, the remote did not work properly. They want the item to be send to them on my costs of 70 eur. I wrote them like 20 emails, send photos, videos, everything they asked, but still no good business from them. The worst on-line seler I ever bought from.
NEVER AGAN will I be their Costomer.

TomTop is a fantastic international store with many product of high quality to choose from. One of the best stores that I have seen out there. Thanks again TomTop.

They ask to do some reviews, in exchange they give points for the discounts, which then do not give. I promise points but then do not give them.

Purchased 4 Lixada Mini Moving Head units. One turned out to be defective on arrival (the panning functionality does not work well). After a lot of back-and-forth with their customer support, I can finally send the unit back, at my own expenses... to Hong Kong. (It was purchased at their Germany warehouse!). Which costs more than the price of the unit.

EU warranty legislation mandates that products are replaced or repaired at no cost to the user, and this includes labor, parts AND postage. TomTop's (illegal) warranty clause states that warranty returns are to be sent by the customer at their expense. This is clearly an illegal attempt to evade their warranty obligations.

So yeah, cheap stuff, if it works. If it doesn't, don't expect any warranty.
