In my country in Russia there is problem with availability of some gadgets or if you find them somewhere, they are overpriced. Therefore, I buy some goods in foreign online stores. My latest positive experience was with the Tomtop store. My Order No: AN18J12I2616-V004UQ. I have ordered Colorfly C10 32GB Pocket Lossless HiFi Music Player with a special discount offered from Tomtop. Also, I have asked a few questions about this player. Tomtop Support answered me all my questions scrupulously and fully. My parcel was sent on the next day and came to Russia after 2 weeks. It was well packaged and protected from damage, which is very important for us, given the poor performance of the postal service in our country (Tomtop does not skimp on packaging, unlike Girbest). In the end, the product was genuine and of excellent quality. I think that Tomtop is a great store.

Fake reviews.
I believe that TomTop is counter-acting the bad reviews by publishing fake good 5* reviews from people who have not purchased a product from TomTop, and who are likely being paid or asked to do so by Tom Top. Please compare the detail of the bad reviews with those of the good reviews. The good reviews are short, misspelled, and contain little or no detail of purchases. The bad reviews are very detailed and clearly personal.
Added to this, there are multiple entries from the same good reviewers with little variation in the reviews.
I have notified Trustpilot of this activity.
Do not buy from TopTop as they sell counterfeit (illegal) goods which I had first-hand experience of when buying toys for my daughter.
I have reported them to Trading Standards and Border Control UK.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CRIMINALS as you will be supporting the black market which has a long-reaching damaging effect on everybody.

Shocking poor customer service. My coin counting machine was faulty. Using every excuse not to refund me. Do not buy from them.

I purchased four 18 volt batteries from them. They wouldn’t hold a charge. I returned them but they didn’t refund my money like they said they would.
