Genuinely one of the worst purchase experiences I have had anywhere. Ordered product for next day delivery. Arrived THREE WEEKS LATER. Ignored emails. And when I called no help, no apologies, no reassurances. Had to purchase product elsewhere as I didn’t want the same disaster with a refund attempt. Never again.

We’re sorry to read your review. However, after checking our records, we are currently unable to identify an order or customer matching the circumstances you have described.
You mention that an order placed for next-day delivery arrived around three weeks later, that emails went unanswered, and that you also contacted us by telephone. At present, we cannot find an order or correspondence that we can confidently link to this experience.
As the review has been posted under the name “Customer”, we have no information available that allows us to investigate this properly.
We have therefore requested further details through Trustpilot. Please provide your name, order number, email address used for the purchase, date of order and the product purchased so that we can review the full order history, delivery information and any correspondence.
If your order was placed during our annual closure between 11th and 27th July, notices regarding the closure and dispatch delays were displayed across our website. Likewise, where a product is on back-order, this is stated on the product page, basket and order information.
That said, we do not want to make assumptions. If this was a genuine order with us, please provide the requested details and I will personally investigate what happened.
We take customer service seriously and are always happy to address genuine problems where we can identify the order concerned.
