Their website showed a HP toner…

Their website showed a HP toner cartridge, with the HP logo, clearly representing that this was a genuine, original HP cartridge. The only payment method allowed was cash on delivery. I gave the driver the cash, but when I opened the box it was NOT an HP brand cartridge, but a box simply marked "Toner Cartridge". The compatibility shown on the outside of the box did not list my printer. I have emailed them twice to complain and demand a refund. So far I have heard nothing. I refuse to use this after market product in my expensive printer. This is dishonest. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
