Today is June 5, 2026. Placed an order for a whole set of toner cartridges on March 19, 2026. I have sent two emails to follow-up on my order and did not receive any response to date. Cancelling order today and no charge has been on my credit card. Sketchy company.

Same problem others have reported. Placed order in late April and have heard nothing. I have emailed them and no response. Only good thing, is no charge has appeared on my credit card, thank goodness.
I would not recommend using this business. Appears to be a scam

Very slow service and no response
I ordered this back on April 22 and tonerfy.com said it would 2-4 days to Receive and and on May15 I still have yet to hear anything.
Just says that they will get back to me when I call and they haven't.

Placed an online order February 10 shipping was 2 to 4 business days. Now toner has been received. Tried to email and call no response. Buyer beware this company is a scam.
