Much appreciated the great attentions. Cartridges I ordered for an old, old inkjet printer were both faulty (from his supplier) when I opened them. This was 3 months + after I'd received them but packaging and seals were fully intact. I let him know (with polite & proper detail) and he refunded me in full! Kept me up to date replying to all my concerned emails inc a copy of the refund sucessful advice he'd received and it soon appeared in my bank. One can't always expect everything to work as expected and this was great service.

This customer ordered for the wrong printer and the wrong colour. We invited them to return the item for a refund. I dont think the customer realises that the free delivery was a cost to us and we refunded in full. So there mistake lead to our loss.
