Excellent product and customer service
I was nervous of buying a non-branded toner for my printer, but the price of the brands are insane. The process of buying from Toner People was very positive (regular emails with contact details), the toner arrived rapidly (the day after ordering!), it works perfectly. Worked first time
I bought a SP150 toner cartridge from an Amazon supplier and it arrived with a tiny broken tab, which made it useless and I had to return it. Reading the customers' comments I gather that this is a common problem. The cartridge from Toner People arrived pristine and worked perfectly first time.

The delivery service is terrible
The delivery service is terrible. I was advised there were a couple attempts, but no cards left. When I contacted the courier on Monday using your link I arranged for delivery to be left in my safe place. Parcel finally arrived Today, pushed through my letter box. I don't understand why it was not put through my letter box on the first or second attempted delivery (maybe no previous attempts?)
