Hi, I was shooping here 3 times. Reason is that I am happy with their offer, speed of picking and packing. I am living close by, so I am choosing picking myself. Its enormous fast. for ex: today afternoon you buy via web and tomorrow morning, before lunch, you can go and pick up. Awesome! Prices are always competitive. cheers!!!

Worst experience ordering online we have ever had.
They list products that they know they cannot deliver or even order then make it hard to cancel and get your money back.
We will never use this company again.

Totally disappointed... First time they send me the wrong items. Second time it is missing some items in the package. When you contact with the customer service, you have a feeling that you are talking with some kids.

Complicated order process. Takes too much time to handle order and even slow shipping

Good/fast delivery, BUT, you did not state that the new toner cartridge needed me to go through a whole menu of settings before it would work!
ONLY after I bought it was this pointed out!
You say "Compatible".....but it's NOT unless you void the HP warranty.
My Citroen 2CV is "compatible" with roads, but seems to need a "BIOS and many other upgrades" to function as it was purchased!

Very good prices, wide range of products - good choice of prices and quality. Short time of delivery. The paper used for wrapping looks like recycled - eco friendly and it's not too much used - this is important. That was my first transaction - I am now going to buy more things I need.
