DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I place the order 4 weeks ago and no delivery received. They emailed me saying they having issue within the warehouse and promised they were going to ship my order two weeks ago on a Tuesday, to then receive another email with the same reason. When I ask to cancel my order and full refund they completely ignored me. Please don’t even think for a second to buy from this company.

No money, no products, no contact

The order was placed a week ago. Their shipping policy states that orders placed by 1 PM are shipped that day, after 1 PM - the next working day.
I still do not have the products. I contacted the store. No one has responded.
A store to avoid.

My new skincare BFF

Received my parcel today after placing an order on new year's eve. I'd say that's a pretty fast delivery! I tried half the items I ordered so far, and everything was amazing. Ordered Klairs and Amuse, quality and finish surpassed my expectations! I'm using Korean skincare for quite some time but these felt different level. Going to place another order soon as wasn't sure about the company after seeing few negative experiences in this website. Oh, and the prices are simply unbeatable! Plus the free gifts!!!

disappointment

I ordered the product for the first time on 7/11/24 on tonic15, I received confirmation of the purchase of the product by email and a week later there was no information from the company and they do not respond to the email either.

My number one online retailer

I have purchased from Tonic 15 numerous times. I have had no problems with my orders arriving in the UK. Delivery has been fast, packaging has been superb and all good have arrived with their tamper seals securely intact and with very good expiration dates.

Rocky start but resolved with good support

They charged me extra at the beginning for delivery when it was already included in the additional and at first I had trouble getting in touch with someone despite reaching through different channels. However once I did get in touch with someone, I was met with great support from their team and even from their founder. Even if I started with a negative experience, and I reached out multiple times, I appreciate them making the extra effort to rectify the issue.

Very quick dispatch! 10/10

I ordered from their Winter sale on the 21st of December, received confirmation of dispatch the next day, and received the parcel from the Evri courier on the 23rd! I was so please for the fast service and delivery, particularly during a very busy time of the festive season. Bearing in mind this was UK domestic delivery.

My parcel arrived also with samples. This was my first experience with Tonic15, I would buy from them again.

Amended Review after parcel arrived

This is an amended review.

I first ordered (for the first time) on 6th November with 48 hour Royal Mail tracked delivery. I had an email on the 9th saying despatched. I didn't check it but noticed a delay. On the 16th I checked the tracking to see this message:

'We're expecting it. The sender has advised they have despatched your item to Royal Mail. More information will be available once we have received your item and scanned it into our network.'

I then checked reviews on here and was really alarmed to see this thing has happened before with the company. I emailed Thursday night and again on Friday night. I first heard back on Saturday morning with a message to say it would be dealt with on Monday. However, I then didn't hear anything from the company on Monday either, so I emailed again, really concerned at that point.

However, finally on Tuesday I think the parcel was located and properly passed onto the Royal Mail. It then swiftly arrived on Thursday.

I am happy it was dealt with, though it did take 2 or 3 working days for that to effectively happen once I told the company about the problem. I can see it's happened a few times before so whatever is causing these problems needs to be looked into. For someone buying for the first time from the company (like me) it makes it hard to trust.

I also usually buy Koran products from another company which I have never had issues with. I only chose a more local one as I wanted quicker delivery, but after all this it's taken about the same time anyway.

good management

I ordered at the beginning of May, and have not heard from the company for a week. Started assuming I must have been conned, but then I received and email with apologies, and explanation as to why my order is delayed ( logistics issues). So i decided to wait, and during the next week got another email, again, explaining that they are now ready to ship it and i will receive it soon. And so i did. Overall the reaction was a tad delayed, but the personal approach and explanation is always the way to go in such situations. Therefore I decided to write a positive review here, to give tonic 15 an extra incentive to work on improving things. I do appreciate the effort by the owner, and will not avoid this company in the future. Well done!

When we are having any disruption, such as the recent warehouse move or Royal Mail Strikes that could potentially cause a delivery delays, I always try to be at the front of our customer care and respond to our customers by myself as I am generally the person who can offer the best possible solution to our customer, but during the times that my presence at our customer care is most important, it's usually when I am handling a high volume of customer inquiries, and this has caused the delay on the response. I understand that to making sure that we respond to our customers as quickly as possible is also extremely important, so to improve this, we've implemented more improved customer service system where I can be working together with our members of our team to take care of our customers.

As a small business, we often times face some challenges, but we've always put our customers at our core, and we will continue making improvements. Many thanks again for shopping with us.

BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM TONIC 15

Placed my order on the 1/5 but until this date (11/5) I have not receive nor receive any update regarding my order. Just went in to check their website. A lot of things seems to be on sale and please think twice before ordering. I probably might not get or receive what I have paid for. I should have check this company on trust pilot before ordering. BIG MISTAKE!!

There were several products that faced a delivery issue while we transfer our stocks, which caused some orders with a longer delay.

Amazing customer service

Update on review, they found my return and refunded me, overall very happy with outcome, understandably mistakes happen, very helpful and apologetic customer service, thank you so much.

Purchased some items sent them back early march for a refund, received a part refund end of April, have now had to chase for my other part refund

Hi Selda, we are sorry that you aren't happy with your return. As we haven't received the return form nor the returned goods were back to us, we didn't have any ways to find out about your return.

When our customers request a return, we ask to fill in a return form and send it back to us so our team can look out for the products that our customer returned to us, and in case the returned goods are not coming through, we can check on this.

For your order, as we hadn't received the return form that we've requested nor the returned products were back to us, there wasn't any way that we could find out if you were pursuing the return nor which products you were returning.

This is why we were able to only find out about your return request only after you've made a claim through Klarna, and we had a with very limited information. As we didn't have information on which products you've returned to us, and we haven't received the returned goods from you, in order for us to assist you with your claim, we went back to our initial communication where you expressed that you weren't happy with one particular product among three products that you've ordered, so we processed a refund on this product although we haven't received the returned products.

We always do our best to look after our customer, and we don't want you to be left off in this situation. I have just sent you an email, and I will be here to assist you until you resolve this issue. Thank you very much.

Perfect every time

I've ordered from Tonic15 at least 3 times now and I've never been disappointed. Everything always comes on time, and they always include a freebie.
The product range is great and high quality. My last order came in 1 day!

Still waiting my first order UPATED REVIEW

My first order with Tonic15 all went wrong, I am still awaiting my order to arrive after 2 weeks. Come on Tonic 15. I chased up twice already, no respond at all.

Updated: I changed from 1 star to 4 star as Tonic 15 rectified the problem and clear my doubt on the product I received.

Their packaging is excellent and customer services are superb thank you.

Never shipped my products

I put my order in on the 4th of november. Still hasnt been shipped yet. Last week they told me they ”aim to ship it by the end of this week” and same this week (today its friday and it has not been shipped yet). They blame it on the fact that they have many products..? And many orders..? Well if you run a business then make sure to do it properly. Its sad because i ordered from there once before and was really satisfied, but will never do it again.

New go-to skincare site!
I've bought it from TONIC15 for the first time and it was really lovely. A great range of high-quality brands came very quickly and with lots of nice tester freebies and one was almost a full-sized product.
I'm really impressed also with the quality of the product I've got, feels amazing on the skin especially the- I'm from Rice Toner.
Recommended to my friends and definitely coming back again.
