Nothing turned up only a fleet of police busted my shop for drugs trafficking and my house the inconvenience was unbelievable contacted tonic vault not interested in any way shape or form

Had a slight delay, however A+ customer service, sufficiently sorted out my problem and arrived soon after.

Good customer service sends my order out on time & ALSO I got extras with my order like king sizes rizlas a couple of other items with it as well witch I wasn't expecting.i though that was a bonus 😀

Order siezed by border control.
I have had a visit from the police to my house today because of this. Ordered weeks ago and never received anything. I got hold of them and they said they would re send it. Not knowing that the first package had been picked up by border control. I then received the letter from border patrol saying I have tried to import cannabis. I have now had a second letter because they tried to resend it. The police called round and handed me a letter telling me it’s a warning to not try to import anything else. I ordered a legal product and can’t believe tonic vault are letting this happen.
Do not order anything if you don’t want to be contacted by border patrol or the police.

I’m so stressed at receiving a letter from Border Control Switzerland seized controlled drugs namely the cbd I’d purchased from tonic vault who haven’t had the decency to reply to my emails regarding this. It’s been a real nightmare receiving a letter from Customs,I’ve wasted all day trying to solve this letter through gov.uk, calling solicitors for advice all an unnecessary worry.
I’d been a good customer for a few years, never again after this.
I have health problems & this is the last thing I needed.

Used tonic a few times but hadn't used it for a few years it's got better good quality CBD weed for my son trying to keep him away from the strong THC stuff and this kids him for now as the bud looks very similar and the CBD affect does the trick and tbh it's 10 euro a gram in Spain in my club so buying off tonic makes sense financially.

Unfortunately seems I, like many others, have been caught out by the item being sent in from Switzerland when it is meant to be a UK company.
Not good to wake up to a letter from Border Force and the police, when you thought you were ordering a legal item from a UK company.

Oh my goodness. No arrival of package. Delayed then rude responses. Turns out these guys are illegally importing from Switzerland. The package was missing because it was seized by border control. Swift refund received though, at least that goes in their favour. Website still up and claims to trade from Liverpool, UK.

tonic vault website says Liverpool UK based, I live 2 miles from liverpool and expected delivery in at most 2 days, upon despatch of my order la poste sent me tracking, for those yet to experience la poste, they are the most terrible thing in postal service in maybe the world from my previous experiences, la poste are so bad I now only purchase cbd from the UK, however due to tonic vault saying Liverpool based I thought UK postal service, but am now having to wait a month or more as they are actually France based and use la poste, I will never order from them again due to what I detail above....as I value my time and the service provided by my cbd supplier, both fail with this one, 7 days and my package is yet to leave France.....pathetic!

I was very impressed with the quality of the product, will definitely be buying in the future, I just wish that the company shipped from uk :’( But nevertheless it is far better quality product than a good 90% of cbd venders. Super impressed

Awful company my order has been in customs in Birmingham and is now back on a boat from Switzerland
Load of rubbish from day one this is a fake company don't order from here you won't get a thing just messed around ripped off 0 stars

I have been sent a fake letter from border control(TONIC VAULT) saying I must stop ordering cannabis from abroad even though its tonic vault ordering the stuff logic says they would get the letter not me but I guess scammers are not that logical
Anyway it's been reported to the real police and they are looking into it hope you get your jollies from scamming a whole sixty pounds

New update after calling out there fake letter from customs border control they have refunded me,without me asking if anything they should be compensating me for a month of fakeness and lies
They should be reported to the police (they are shh.)
Minus 4 stars for the cheek and minus 5 for the insulting message after they unscammed me so all in all minus 10 stars

They said learn to write properly , I have dyslexia and find it difficult to write , the fact that they sent a pm saying that is uncalled for and unprofessional , All because I would not go away , Watch this space for updates on future insults and bad customer service

Ive used these guys for a long time. Things got a bit shakey with the old owners but new people have taken over and it seems they really care and are putting right the wrongs, even to their own detriment. Good luck guys. Make Tonic Vault great again 😎

Order NOT received AGAIN!! For the 2nd consecutive month. NO refund offered- or given. Out of pocket. No way to TALK to anyone other than by email 😕... absolutely appalling service.

Super slow delivery plus not even in the uk order has come from Switzerland good chance uk customs could seize it there are loads of other sites within the uk with super fast delivery

Do not order! My order did not show up as been taken by boarder control as the product is not legal in the uk, I received a letter from my local police saying if happens again will bring a warrant to my address is completely stupid as I bought legal cbd!

Everything is taking to long to get to the customer by post. Once upon a time deliveries were getting to me the next day or the day after. Now I am waiting over a week for deliveries. The prices have gone up way to much. Bundles are not available most of the time and the discounts have disappeared. This is what happens when conglomerates buy small independent companies. SHI International has ruined Tonic Vault. I might as well go to the dealers of THC. At least I get deliveries that day.

Ok, so i left a bad review last week due to tracking issues with royal mail stating my order was delivered last year!!!. Well today my order arrived and the journey states clearly on the tracking update that tonic vault did their job as promised in a speedy manner. Got everything as expected (although a few days late due to royal mail) and even a free zoot. Thanks and i WILL be shopping with u again. 100%

What a s#'t service no post delivery,
totaly wrong tracking info from last September crap communication takes days for a response.what a load of bull s#'t of a company.
It's become a totally unreliable place to waste your time and money..when ordering it states order before 1pm for same day dispatch.
That a total lie.these messers just rip you off. if only I could walk into there shop!!!!.
I also belive this company isn't in the uk anymore ...
Stay away if you don't want a headache.
I'm also looking into reporting this company to trading standards.as s#'t like this wants shutting down.
Onto the bank next to recover my money
