I saw their ad on Facebook and I was interested in their Halloween products. I received the product today. It took a total of 10 days from the time I purchased it to the time I received it. During this period, I sent an email to ask them when they would deliver the product. They responded to me within 10 minutes and told me that it would take 7-10 days to complete the delivery.
