Most amazing customer service
Genuinely the best customer service I've ever experienced. Reading other reviews it appears this is the norm for Tonnau Surf. Cannot recommend them highly enough, and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
Ben was the guy who was helping me so biggest props to him in particular.

Scott was beyond helpful when dealing with my enquiry & when I was having trouble placing my order online, he even face-timed me to talk me through my frazzled-brain madness!

5 star service from Tonnau Surf staff, nothing has been too much trouble and I have received great advice from start to finish. The staff have been extremely friendly. Returning and exchanging was easy and delivery was fast. I will definitely be shopping with them again soon! Definitely recommend :)

Fantastic service and advice
Fantastic service and advice when buying a surfboard and wetsuit for my son. Wetsuit developed a small fault which was fixed and returned to me quickly. Appreciated the follow up call to check everything was sorted. Top service, fab outlet
