Ordered the Amp Research Powersteps for my 2025 F150 Poowerboost Lariat around noon, received them the next day via FedEx and installed same day.
The rep JC was great and confirmed the model number I needed. Shipping was fas and they had the lowest price on the internet. It pays to shop around!
Looking forward to getting a tri fold hard bed cover in the future from them.

This is the 3rd cover I’ve ordered from Tonneau covered every transaction has been amazing. I had to use the warranty 2 years later and they made it so easy. A few pictures and it was processed and being shipped out. They’ve got a customer for life.

They sent me a mix matched set up for power truck steps refused to help me lied about what happened they lied to paypal in the dispute threatened me if I didn't remove the dispute terrible company that employs terrible shady people and will burn you at any chance they get then blame you.

I was sent an email that stated: they could do better on pricing over the phone. So I called in to order and price was the same. No big deal. The problem I have is that I was told it would ship first of the next week. Well on January 9th I had not heard anything so I called in and girl said she would send me tracking number. The number didnt even work as I checked while on the phone call. So I asked about canceling the order and was told too late to cancel because it has shipped. And there would be a 20% restocking fee. So I then asked to speak to person whose took order or someone in management. After few minutes on hold the guy explained it had just shipped from the factory. Problem is I needed for work and dont have it and it has already been 14 days. First if couldn’t guarantee the shipping time frame they shouldn’t have told me that. Second after 15 days I should have gotten a call letting me know. I could have gotten it guaranteed to ship from another company and paid $70 more. Generally not a problem but I needed bed covered to carry work items. They are very nice people but customer service could improve. Had they let me know I would have paid more somewhere else to get it. I am disappointed in the fact that they didnt call to let me know. Now saying shipped and would probably have it Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. That means 19-20 days to receive the cover. Cost savings are not worth the difference in shipping time.

The lowest price on a Bak industries MX-4, free shipping, arrived within the time frame promised.
I had questions about some of the contents in the box, I called on a Saturday, they answered and were very polite and helpful, that is rare.

VERY shady. Had to email to get prices and they wouldnt send me the prices on what I asked for - instead just sent me very pricy options instead of the 2 I asked for. REPEATEDLY had to send my truck info and what I wanted and STILL didnt get it. I think they might sell your information as well - they wanted me to send a receipt from the other company I bought from and theyd give me a $5 account credit - LOL no

Great customer service! They're was an issue with my first order which was due to the manufacturer not TonneauCovered. The folks at TonneauCovered mad things right and I ended up saving money an another cover that is just as good in my opinion.

Pathetic excuse for shipping box. Arrived damaged and a 4th grader can do a better job of packaging this product.

They'll take your money and never ship the cover. You'll have to dispute the charge to get your money back. Then you'll continue to get emails asking if you like your cover, or if anything went wrong, and what they can to to fix it. It will even have the "owners" name on it. But when you email the"owner" he never replies. Just spend the extra money and buy it from a real company.

This is the second Bed Cover I have purchased from Tonneau Covered. I received and installed my Rough Country Bed Cover and Husky Floor Mats. Both are doing exactly what I was looking for. Thanks again. You will be the first place I look when I need something else in the future. I will also recommend you whenever someone asks me about a Bed Cover or Floor Mats.

After 3 weeks of endless excuses as to why my order didn’t ship, I cancelled my order. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company to refund my money. Save yourself time and energy and order from someplace else.

Best price I found anywhere. Shipping took a little longer than expected. 10-12 days, but was worth it for the price.

The company communicate decent but they are a middle man which means they by have any control over production or shipping. It takes weeks and sometimes a month to even get the item shipped. You just have to decide if the cheaper price is worth the wait.
