Absolute fraud
Absolute fraud. Deposited 40 dollars played all day, I won money but now they won't let me play or take my winnings out. I even asked to forget about the extra that I won, just give me back my 40, witch i was at 111 total in my account. No I did not use a bonus. This is cash money to me, that I can't access to withdraw or even play. They will just continue giving you the same stupid excuse. I play many different casino sites and I've never ever encountered this issue before. They're trying to say that I was the one that deposited illegally, when I simply followed their deposit link. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD.. DON'T DEPOSIT A PENNY BECAUSE THEY WILL BLOCK YOUR ACCOUNT. TO BAD I CAN'T ADD SCREENSHOTS OF OUR CONVERSATION.

I then went to the chat and was told the bonus has to finish and then you can withdraw. yadda yadda yadda......... We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused, however, according to the Bonus Terms and conditions, if you opt in for the Deposit bonus real money is being spent first and only after the bonus funds are used. In case you have used your real money balance and you were trying to withdraw the bonus balance without fulfilling required wager it will not be possible until the wagering requirements are fulfilled.

Don’t bother winning
Made some bets that won and cashed out about 1600 dollars and they been waiting 2 days to cash me out for no reason. Limited my bets to $0.0002 so
I couldn’t play anymore. Never gave me a reason, just doesn’t like to lose. Why do they advertise all the winning you can do if they don’t like it?

I’m an avid player and accepted free spins from a deposit. I had been betting big and had some decent wins completely unrelated to 10 cents free spins. I made a withdrawal request, excited about the winnings. Because I had played my free spins there was an “active bonus”, and Tonybet confiscated my winnings and told me I breached their terms on betting amounts. The system didn’t stop me, the amount I “won” on the free spins was laughable, and I followed up referencing the gaming legislation in the country they are licensed, but they said it was not up for discussion and took my winnings. The kind of behaviour you fear most when trusting these platforms.

You have to play for close to an hour before you can hit a feature.Deposited more than $10k in 3 games, played for a while barely hit the features and when I did, the return on them is very low. I may have got 3-5% RTP . Another scam site . !

Overall, TonyBet is a good platform. I’ve had a smooth experience with deposits and withdrawals using Interac in Canada. The mobile app is really well-designed and super easy to use. My only complaint is that some esports tournaments don’t have as many betting options as I’d like. The bigger events are covered well, but I’d love to see more markets for smaller ones. That said, the odds are fair, and I do like that they update their promos often. Customer service has been helpful the couple of times I needed them, which is always nice. It's a cool site with a lot of potential.
