All good

All good. No issues with the website when placing the order and the item arrived a bit faster than expected via Royal Mail (Parcelforce). No issues with the item itself either in terms of packaging and the state of it.

I'm very sorry to hear that you received a different product than we had displayed.

I had a look on our system and I can see that you purchased the last 2 pairs of those Novesta star master sneakers from us in our 70% off spring sale.

Unfortunately as we have no stock left I can't see what has happened there. I can see we have the correct product images and description for the product code so maybe the product code was wrong on the box.

As with my previous orders placed with this superb store, everything was managed perfectly. The item purchased was exactly as described, securely packaged and delivered to my home within one day.
