I purchased a new jetter and needed some new reels and hoses for jobs I had already booked. Needless to say, everything needed to be rushed. I reached out via email ~ over the weekend ~ and they not only responded within an hour but it was definitely late on a Sat. All day Sunday we emailed back and forth and they were able to ship my order by Monday morning. I received everything in a couple of days and the order was perfect! They earned a lifelong customer based on the service alone! When you are a contractor, it's not what you buy but the service behind it!

Ordered new boots for a job because mine are to worn out for a 12/12 roof. Ordered them on time and where shipped on time but they decided to ship it with standard shipping when I payed for 3 day shipping. They won’t arrive on time and had to buy new ones so I’ll have to return them. Not sure if they are using the whole shipping might be delayed sign on there website as scam to charge the client more for the fast shipping and they just ship it regular. So point of story, pick regular shipping that way you don’t Pay extra.

I ordered a Sentry Flow Meter from these folks. The tool is junk. I am loosing out on well inspections and tool experts doesnt want to stand begind tools they sell refered me to the instructions to return unit to 0 is by beating is sharply against wood, really? For $200 you would made better.

Tanks last a little longer before they freeze. Not perfect but it helps some what.

I used the 1/2" extractor to remove a nipple and it worked like a charm.

Lit extension mirror. Great tool for checking feet when you can't get your feet up high enough to look at the bottoms of your feet.
