Ordered dewalt sprayer, was sent a cheap copy available off Temu for half the price. Returned the item, no refund and refusing to respond to my emails.
This is a scam company, avoid at all costs

Ordered a de Walt compatible paint sprayer on 23 Feb and after multiple emails to contact team@ I have heard nothing, I now see that I am not alone so many of us have been scammed by this dodgy dealer, over to you Trading Standards.

Ordered the dewalt paint sprayer on 10th February and no communication or item. Avoid as this looks like a scam

Absolutely shocking experience with this online company to the extent that we are deciding whether the Police and Trading Standards should investigate this website.No product arrived after paying over £130 for a tool more than 3 weeks ago with priority delivery within 3 days.The owner sent one message saying that it would be sent immediately but the tracking indicates it has never been sent.Tonight,the website is now unavailable I wonder why.!

Got an email response purporting to be from the managing director ( William Mellor) saying the order was missed due to an “internal processing error” that has now been fixed. Also said he would upgrade to express delivery due to the inconvenience. Still never arrived. Now no response to phone calls or emails. Do not touch this company. TOTAL SCAM

Ordered a dealt paint sprayer with batteries 20th February. No sign of order or tracking details. Sent off an email enquiry. Also said he would upgrade to express delivery due to inconvenience. Still never arrived. Now no response to phone calls or emails. Have had to raise a dispute with credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. Gave one star because I couldn’t put zero. Given the amount of non-delivered item in the reviews. I am going to check with my partner (lawyer) if I should report to trading standards.

Purchased a Makita compatible sprayer, its not compatible, also ordered batteries for same, no sign of them, ordered 30th Jan. No responses to my email, think they could be breaching UK trading standards at this stage.... advertising supposedly compatible products, which aren't, and taking money but not delivering or communicating, horrible experience so far! Shudda gone to Temu!

Absolutely no communication. No idea when my order will be delivered. Quick to take the money though!

Ordered a Dewalt Paint Spayer bundle for £119.98 including batteries, charger etc. After chasing (by email as that was the only way) a delivery arrived one week later. NOT Dewalt (made by Rontaly whoever they are) and no accessories as paid for. Now, no telephone response and no email activity.

Have ordered twice. On both occasions the communication was non-existent.

The first order did eventually arrive.

The second order made on 12th Feb has still not been despatched. Email requests for updates and/or ETA have gone unanswered.

Extremely poor and unreliable company. Company now offline ..
