Ordered a log splitter mid January, paid, plus extra to deliver to Scotland - no log splitter, telephone out of service, website closed for changes. The reviews fall into two categories - brilliant or horrendous - are the brilliant ones genuine?
This is the 8th order i have placed with tool-net great selection of tools at good prices all in one place.
My only complaints are the website needs to be improved as can not enlarge on the pictures and also searching for items by name or item does not work every time. For example i buy Ox brand tools and if you search for Ox no Ox tools come up. You have to enter OX- then the ox tools come up.
And my second complaint would be some items take longer to dispatch after purchasing them. Not great if you want something in a day or two.
Apart from that all good and im getting ready to place my next order.

I bought 170 bolts for my decking frame very good quality & delivered in a few days definitely use them again
the only negative thing i can say is their were 5 bolts & 10 nuts missing and when you try to phone them they are always engaged
