The checkout procedure was frustrating

The checkout procedure was frustrating. You have to choose how you were paying before knowing the shipping charges. In my case it was logging into paypal. I was buying a lightweight $5 part and, of course, the shipping was higher than the part.

After order was placed - would use them again

After order was placed, my Paypal account was debited, my order # appeared on your website, but no confirming email was sent (the order said it would be). I waited a few days and sent a message requesting confirmation. I did finally receive an email. Still have not received any followup on when delivery is expected. There was some statement about 3 weeks, but nothing more definite. You also sell on ebay, which is where I found your store. No mention was made on parts items being backordered. Still, no answer on when to expect delivery for my parts. Update to above: I received an email saying that my parts were being shipped, along with a tracking number to follow their path. The parts arrived in new condition, and were exactly as described. The parts and prices were what I was expecting from the transaction. Communication was the problem, but turned out ok in the end. After dealing with them, I'd go back and use them again, if I needed items, and recommend them to others.

I haven't received the part I ordered…

I haven't received the part I ordered as of 8/17/23. I don't even have any idea if the parts have even shipped yet.
8/24/23. Changed to 5 stars because the item was shipped out a day after the review. You can't rate an item or company properly until the transaction is completed. More information after an order is placed as to estimated shipping time would help.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

So far I'm over 2 weeks into my attempt to purchase a part from this company. Customer service is non-existent... calls and emails go unanswered. I have no idea how in the world a company can continue to stay in business with such poor customer service. Will likely file a complaint with PayPal to reject the payment and go to a better company for the parts I need. Update: I did finally get my parts but I honestly thought had just taken my money because there was ZERO communications from them and I was never able to call anyone... fortunately, one day, my parts just showed up. I upgraded my review to 3 stars after the company finally reached out to me in an attempt to make things better. It seems like they actually may be making an attempt to improve their customer experience but I'll have to wait and see. It is at least promising that they reached out to me.

Complete professionals

First let me start by saying their customer service is one of the best I’ve seen in a long time. Also the selection of tool parts is beyond excellent. The prices are amazing and the quality is great.
I had a problem with Usps loosing my package… but the customer service was on top of it… they re-sent another order without charging me… awesome !!!
This is the type of company that is worth doing business with…
Above and beyond , old school …
I am now a customer for life . I totally recommend them.

3 months delivery!

This tool part supply company advertises 1 - 2 weeks to get your part to you. It should read 1 - 3 months. My calls went unanswered. My voice messages were not returned. I will give them the benefit of doubt in the fact that we are amidst a pandemic, but doing business and customer service should still be #1. Maybe they know I have conservative views and am a Republican and are treating me like Google, Youtube, Facebook, CNN, MSNBC, ABC and CBS treat the news. Do you think?
