The support was superb. Immediately after I raised my concern that I did not intend to subscribe to tools-shop.me, Anne was very nice and understanding about the situation. I said I would like to unsubscribe as I didn't actually intend to do any purchase. She was great about that and informed me on the steps to do for unsunscribing. Overall my experience with support from tools-shop.me was wonderful. I was actually surprised that I received responses so quickly from Anne and the support team; they are very reassuring and helpful. Tools-shop.me must be a great place for purchasing online, unfortunately it is not my area of interest.

This company advertise a 10 piece toolset ,then i bought the set from them for R190.12 on 04.04.2025 which i never received ,an then they took a R208.82 from my account for bookclub of which i never signed up for or agreed to.Now On 07.04.2025 they are saying it is non refundable but in my case they can make an acception to pay back my money. They said i must write a good review about my interaction with them take a pic of it ,then they can make an acception to pay my R399 back into my account.O ff wich i said i will do it after receiving my money into my bank account .I have not received anything from them for my R399 that they took.They try to take another R200.70 on 05.04.2025 and the decline that amount because there was no more money left

I was scared of having to pay every 14 days for a purchase error. But thanks to Diamond, I'm much more at ease. I hope to continue having information about my case to ensure my peace of mind. Thanks again for such kind attention from Diamond

Am new here, and I love their customer service prompt response to calls and email kudos. I will also want to shop with them if the automatic direct debit in every 2 weeks is not valid but can pay with ur bank card like other online app. Also kitchen equipments should be added in the shop.

Just doing this to delete my account. They are unclear when signing up, hidden costs everywhere, in a top up loop which you didn't sign up for, cannot cancel before next top up happens. Still waiting for my refund!
