Service was good but the one complaint that I have is that the company did not indicate that any customs duty had to be paid - I was left with the impression that I had paid the full amount. I only got billed for duty when the item was with the delivery company. It's a bit of a shock really when you get a bill after you think you have paid all.

Delivery of an olive splitter did not arrive despite a picture of a paleted blocked up old gate way down the rd at a neighbouring property. The customer after sales service is appalling and I kept getting fobbed off with excuses. I am a constant tool buyer but will never buy anything from this Company again. Under the consumer rights they are responsible for the parcel until it arrives but they are doing nothing to sort anything out. I am out of pocket using this company and have since bought the same tool elsewhere.

Excellent site to visit and very easy to navigate. I was looking for a insinkerator hot water tank as our existing unit kept tripping the breaker. The new boiler and filter arrived within a couple of days (pretty good for the NW Highlands of Scotland). Very pleased with the prompt delivery, excellent Service.

I bought a border s/s spade, at a good price, and it was delivered 2 days later, overall a very good service.

I ordered a lift jack which I ended up not needing to complete the project so I emailed them twice asking to return it with no reply. Finally, I got through to a person on the chat and they said they had replied to my email and they are sorry I can't seem to find it.
Then, went on to inform me that if I returned the item, which is my right under consumer law for online purchases, I would be charged a restocking fee of 15%!!!
I tried to explain this is illegal but they informed me again they will follow their policy!!!
It seems in their mind corporate policy is above the law...
Would NOT buy from them again.
Terrible consumer service.
Business costs like stocking items is exactly that! BUSINESS COST, not the consumer's problem.

got a Neilsen CT0168 Stainless spade not to the stander that I expected the spade shaft very rough good delivery but wouldn't buy one of these spades again

Appalling company. Purchased a Buffalo 150mm non return valve 29/12/25. Valve is of extremely poor quality. It doesn’t close or seal and therefore would not function as intended or described. It also arrived in opened packaging and dirty, clearly previously fitted. Emailed to request a return label to return and refund. Initial unhelpful response ignoring my request and now silence despite follow up emails. Dispute now raised with my payment provider. I will continue to leave reviews covering the experience until resolved.
