Stolen package, no reply to support ticket.
I ordered two packs of screws and a WD-40 lubricant, they sent the package quite fast through bpost, I receive around 10 packages monthly from bpost and never had a problem, they always send directly to the post office, but just for this order they somehow delivered to a "safe place", the entrance of the apartment building... Of course it got stolen, bpost has some blame but I opened a ticket on the website on the same day, been 6 days and no reply, for a second time I'm trying to reach through email, if I someday get a reply and issue resolved, I may change my review.

Really great shop!
Our home is a little bit far from the shop so we decided to order it online.
