I have a positive but a bit troubling experience
I have a positive but a bit troubling experience with toolstation. I ordered an edge trimmer and it was dispatched with Post-NL. Parcel has been never delivered to me, but Post-NL declared on his site that all delivered. I made a claim to Toolstation and after some time and few reminders replacement item has been sent with B-Post and deleverd the day after without any problem. Item as described, and I am now satisfied . I removed one star to reflect this incident, but I should state that Toolstation reacts correctly in case of such events. And the suggestion to the vendor - to evaluate the reliability of its carriers, I learnt that my case is not unique.

The order wasn't delivered and returned to the store. At Toolstation store they said it was delivered, PostNL website confirms it wasn't.

I have ordered more than 60 articles by…
I have ordered more than 60 articles by toolstaion and I got just 2 of them .They brought for me each time one and third time was also one but I refused to take because once again was only one article .It is been more than 2 weeks am waiting to get them .Am without electricity because of toolstation and I had to call them 4 times but still not getting my material .bad service baaaaaad .

The Delivery is a grey zone
The experience on the website was cool but after the payement begins the stress…
GLS even not try to deliver my order to the specified address. They told that I was not present ( false) and they put my order in a parcel shop. Everything is validated on the gls platform. So my order is supped to be there but it’s not the case.
So I’m here without my order and having lost a lot of money.. I hope your customer service will handle it and help me . Regards

Toolstation is great!
I'm extremely happy with Toolstation! I've ordered twice and was pleasantly surprised that I got my order the next day. I used to order online from Brico or Gamma, but not anymore. From now on I will only order online from Toolstation. Yay!
