excellent so far, for an individual to use 4 stars out of 5 !
But to use it as commercial production of toons, need a big team, i would like toonbe.ai to have
1. user management to be included in future upgrades ,
2. talking head or lip syncing based on narration by characters.
3. renaming of characters generated by toon.be - small missing feature.

I created my first animation it was easy and great

i love it have made two videos and everybody likes them except i have been trying to buy the grammar license an it wont take my payment and having aq hard time making my characters move their mouth and expresion to make the video beter

it is very beginner friendly with the professional level atmosphere!

I really like this tool! It's extremely user friendly and has most of the features that I needed. The one feature I wish it had was lip sync. The characters will not be able to talk unless you use grok to generate audio and write it in the script. I went with the pro subscription off the bat because I read the reviews first and I can't complain.

I've just started playing with the video creator and I'm learning a few tricks to create the exact video I want as the AI rewrote my script but the video it produced with it's own script was brilliant
I now need to learn a bit more to get the results I want but I'm very impressed

Very easy time use so far but I haven't gotten too technical yet!!

I thought that the graphics were very good considering they were generated so quickly with little input from me.

One clip disappeared, i don't know why, so the action froze halve way thru the segment.

I didn't like i had worked for sometime on the captions, only to be told at the last second there was an extra charge.

But, all in all, for my first video it turned out well and people who saw it thought it was good

I'm really enjoying the ToonBee video-generating application. I have completed my first video. Start to finish was simple, with just a few learning curve challenges. I used ChatGPT as an outside resource to generate my character images and help with prompts. Overall, the video is not "perfect" but to my satisfaction for my storytelling project. It definitely beats still-image storytelling. I'm excited about creating more!

Gemni is better than this, completly waste of money, no verticle size in 65 dollar, only landscape and for everything need credits. Personally i am regretting buying this at 65 dollar at once i lost it completly and not using the tools.

I had difficulty at first learning to do it and it can get frustrating. I read some negative reviews as well so I thought of asking a refund. However, they have great support and encourage me to continue. Now that I understand how it works I am enjoying it and no regrets. I am happy with my purchase.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

Before purchasing the **Standard Plan**, the advertising gave the clear impression that I would be able to create **5-minute videos**. After paying, I discovered that this feature is effectively locked behind the **Pro Plan**. This was never made sufficiently clear before purchase, and it feels misleading.

The problems didn't stop there. The available **AI voice-over options are very limited**, and the **background music library is poor in quality and selection**, making it difficult to create professional content.

The most frustrating part was trying to get help. The **Help/Support link on the platform doesn't even work**, leaving paying customers with no reliable way to contact support. For a paid service, this is unacceptable.

Many creators subscribe to AI platforms to build businesses and generate income. We spend our hard-earned money based on the features being advertised, and we expect transparency, honesty, and accessible customer support.

I am requesting a **full refund** because the service I received does not match the expectations created by the advertising.

I hope the company will:
- Clearly explain why the advertised 5-minute video feature is unavailable on the Standard Plan.
- Either provide the advertised functionality or issue a full refund.
- Fix the broken Help Center and customer support links.
- Ensure future marketing accurately reflects what each subscription plan actually includes.

Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this platform. I hope my experience helps other potential customers make an informed decision before subscribing.

I bought the "unlimited videos for a one-time payment" offer, only to find that there is a limitation. You get 500 credits and only so many images/scenes/video generations per day.

The actual software is excellent, but the offer falsely advertised the product. Also, customer service is via email and the average response time has been 4-6 hours, with very minimal content in each email. I wouldn't renew. I think it's bad practise to advertise something as "unlimited" when, like many others, it's on a credit basis.

The quaility of the video are great but the time to make more than 2 videos a day is not working well. the free model versions only let you make a video and a half before you have to wait another 6 hours before you can generate another video. also you should add the pro ChatGPT model to the lists of model. I have the pro version of ChatGPT.

My first time using. It is neat but I can't maneuver it in the right direction. I guess it will take a few more practices.

Don't like the teaser purchase only to find it is the bare bones. I understand you have to make money. I do not like how there is always more. I prefer you be real and say the started price is. instead of all this add on

This outfit is definitely scammy but not an outright scam. Before purchase, I asked about their credit system. They lied to me and promised that credits replenish each month. So I proceeded to make my purchase. They also promised to refund purchase if I was unsatisfied. Then they invited me to join a webinar to learn how to optimize their system. Once in the webinar, they ran it like a carnival con. Among the first things I learned was that the credits do not renew/replenish monthly. Then, instead of teaching serious use of their platform, they tried to sell lifetime credits for another $600US. Before getting there though, they had in-house users pretending to be upset about the credits, and they asked for patience and promised they would address the problem... This was all con-artist 101 carnival garbage. When I asked for my refund they offered 1000 credits, then 2000, then I told them to stop offering credit and to refund my money. This was followed by delay tactics. They did however finally refund the money without much hassle.

i really like toonbee tool for ai generation, it gives us broad options to choose between ai models and very user friendly ui to operate. just one concern is they should have best credit plans in terms of affordability's.

As a total newbie, I was able to produce the first video I have ever made. That's got to be something special alone.
