Brilliant service arranged a price in advance communication all the way through was spot on.
Arrived on Time at my house and price was paid into my bank with no tyre kicking etc.
Great set of lads friendly professional fast and a lot easier than I expected.
Overall a great experience and i got a fair price for my car would reccomend and use again.

Sold my Jaguar F-Pace, sometimes excellent customer service costs you more. With Toot Toot I received great service and a great price for my car.

Having just completed my car sale I have no hesitation recommending Toot Toot. I received very clear communication from Luke on a platform that worked for me (WhatsApp), his customer service was fantastic. On the day of inspection/collection I received the full amount I was initially offered which I was really pleased with having previous experience with other car buying companies that offer you one price and then chip away at it until the final offer is much lower.

As long as you are fully upfront and honest about the condition of the car the offer will be accurate.

The customer service from Jack at the inspection/collection was excellent. Lightening fast payment, and sorted out the DVLA notification and then emailed over confirmation for my records.

I am extremely pleased with the service and would definitely use Toot Toot again when selling a car, after the service I received I won’t go anywhere else.

Sent off photo’s and agreed a collection date. Everything seemeed good.
The two men came to collect then start nit picking on the paintwork. I pointed out what i could see in the photos but they wrote down a lot more and would not show me what they wrote down. They then said they don’t wish to buy the car stating mechanical faults. I took it to my mechanic afterward to confirm who said this is typical in this industry.

Typical scare tactic cowboy car buyers. STAY WELL AWAY- PURE WASTE OF TIME

Firstly, yes your surveyors did nit pick. I went to webuyanycar and they put down less damage than your surveyors did. If anyone has been to wbac before they know how they expect a new car and go from there vased on any use. This reinforces my point that if webuyanycar couldn’t find all the points the two lads found - the lads made them up.

Genuinely if you are reading this and think this will be a hassle free experience with toot tootI can attest it wont be. I would reccomend you to go to WBAC and get an easy sale. They are desperate for cars and wont waste your time.
Toot toot just try and entice you with a high price only to knock you down, is it really worth taking a day off work only to be disappointed when you can go elsewhere

Very impressed with toot-toot. Got offered a competitive price compared to most other comparion groups and mkney was in the account very quickly. Luke kept me informed at organising stage, and a pleasant chap Jon came and collected my car on the agreed date. He even called beforehand to give a more specific time. After initially having my reservations i would 100% recommend others to use them.

Sold my Audi A4 they are very fair on price as long as your honest with them they appreciate general wear and tear and penalise you for minor stone chips like other companies do .very quick really nice genuine people to work with ..would highly recommend above all others .

After contacting toot-toot multiple times to calm my nerves after being previously let down, my appointment was cancelled 24 hours before. Hours after putting a deposit down on another car. All they could say was sorry.
I find it disgusting how easily they lied and ‘comforted’ me knowing a day later they would be cancelling, not honouring the seemingly secure deal. Huge shame as I thought I had finally found a decent site. Though it’s stated their T&C’s do not let them enter any legally binding contract until sale agreed on the day, getting both Jess & Luke to assure me that nothing would change this deal as long as all I have said is true, which is was. I’d be thinking twice if you were looking to sell to this company, if it’s too good to be true it probably isn’t

To rub it in further they continued to text me confirmation for the now cancelled appointment

They have since valued my mums car, so obviously still trading, confusing me more as to why they would cancel.

I sold to vehicle to Toot Toot,in the beginning I was not to sure but I contacted Toot Toot and to be honest it's been a pleasure,very easy going,no hassles,no hidden costs,they do exactly what they say,they pay you on the spot,the staff are extra friendly and cooperative,they are definitely running a smooth operation,would definitely use them again with full confidence,they are not like the other scamming "we buy cars",companies.good luck to these guys,they are honest and reliable.I sold my car from the east coast 9f Scotland and the driver turned up on time and on inspection and yes,I got paid instantly ,no hassles.

Very nice people and a great service. They took a look at the car, made fair price adjustments and gave me the money for it before I left the store and even gave me a ride to the nearest train station :)

Average run of the mill car buying service - no real focus on customer service and giving an exceptional experience. Won’t be using them again and would go to a more recognised company that has substantial branding behind them.

Straight to the point, no fuss. Make a deal they pick it up and pay on collection. 5stars

I cannot thank Luke at Toot Toot enough!! I dealt with him from start to finish and he even answered my phone calls out of office hours. I had a very stressful time trying to sell my car after being let down and messed around by several dealerships, I needed to sell my car quickly and Luke was so efficient in doing so, he collected my car within a couple of days and gave me the best price by far! The man deserves a pay rise - best experience and I will definitely be using Toot Toot to sell any future cars! Highly Recommend!!
