The process took a lot longer than advertised and when I chased them they seemed to speed up but they supplied the boots with the Wwrong studs. When I told them that, they didn’t reply or send the correct ones.
Don't use!
Don't use!! I sent a pair of £240 boots to be widened in Dec 2024. The boots were never returned, claiming that Evri has lost them. Evri said any claim needs to go through tootsboots who have offered to pay me £20 in compensation. After paying £17.99 and the cost of the boots I'm now £257.99 out of pocket.
Extremely poor, can not be trusted.

Product Boots was excellent , top quality. Excellent Finish .
The timeline and interaction with Toots Boots was extremely slow , plus I had to chase down when the item was sent , as I got notice boots where sent and they where not !! This took another couple of weeks. I needed boots for tour and they missed the timeline. Just disappointing customer service overall

Poor Communication and Issues with Boots
Boots have arrived after paying £170.00 and worn 3 times and 2 studs have come off, theses are WC boots black marked and the studs are from NIKE and stuck on to the World Cup boots, when questioned they said they are dual studs, and not putting on the world cup studs, now I am looking to progress via small claim courts to resolved this

Quality of product is good but waited over 3 months! And had email 3 times. There was not due warning when ordering.
Great quality service and workmanship.
Waited years to get my own custom boots made. It was worth the wait!! Had tootsboots custom make the only boots in my eyes……copa mundials. Great job and would highly recommend. Great service and communication throughout. Will definitely be using again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Waited over 85 days for my order when the website clearly states 2-4 weeks. Cancelled the order twice, with no response, until i issued a charge back with my bank and then all of a sudden my boots were ready. Sent the boots back the day they got delivered, has been another 2 weeks and have still not received my money back after being told it would be sent back to me over a week ago. I will be issuing a charge back again and will not be cancelling it with my bank this time. Absolutely abysmal.

Quality was good. But severely disappointed with delivery time again. Twice now have ended up waiting much longer than anticipated. Website said 4 weeks when ordering, ended up waiting 12 weeks. Communication could have been better.

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. Please read these reviews as they’re spot on. Was quoted 4-6 weeks in June. Still not arrived 15 weeks later. You will get bogus tracking details for an order which doesn’t arrive, and you will not get a reply to any request to refund. How Trading Standards aren’t involved, I don’t know!
