I would give this website a minus rating if this was possible. It must be some sort of scam as none of the people supposedly advertising on it are now active.
Absolutely terrible company. I subscribed to their gold service and found most of the carers they had listed had no background checks and most were no longer even looking for work. The web site was so poor that I stopped using it however they continued to take my subscription for over a year (over £800) on an auto renewal basis before I noticed it was still coming out of my account. I immediately raised a complaint through their chat service which is terrible (bots not humans). Once they cancelled it I asked for the address to raise a complaint and they refused to provide that. I am now severely out of pocket and it is impossible to make contact with anyone. There are no phone numbers and the chat service is only available to members. Please be really careful about the auto renewal function as they will keep taking your money for nothing!
This is a scam. They don't offer to sign you up for emails, they try to get you to click on a link that will grant them ACCESS to your inbox. I almost fell for it, thankfully I read between the lines, but they still are sending me grammatically-challenged emails saying "too bad" I didn't sign up and it's my "loss"! STAY CLEAR!
