SCAM
Ordered products which were never shipped. Luckily I paid via PayPal and I managed to get full refund.
I just noticed their website is suspended - well deserved.

SCAM, they dont do payment throw webiste, so it is mean, it is always scam!! they send different email, so never send moneym if any website will ask to pay throw different way, be very carefully!!

SCAM, RIP OFF, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE/SELLER
Paid £122 for three (3x) Fermathron Plus (1×30mg/2ml) that never arrived, order number #11896. All emails I sent were ignored. I received fake shipping details, I know this because I contacted the shipping company. I am suspicious of the authenticity of the positive reviews on here.

If you are considering buying from this site DO NOT, if you doubt me I have pasted the email confirmation from Topfiller, I should have read it closer and realised it was fake, it is very poorly written with mistakes.

All good intentions by trustpilot notifying the company will just be ignored.

Paid £138 for two skin boosters that never arrived, order number GE2786062326GB. All emails I sent were ignored. I received fake shipping details, I know this because I contacted the shipping company. I am suspicious of the authenticity of the positive reviews on here.

If you are considering buying from this site DO NOT, if you doubt me I have pasted the email confirmation from Topfiller, I should have read it closer and realised it was fake, it is very poorly written with mistakes as you can see below (TP does not allow email addresses in reviews so I have removed the some symbols. On checking the regisration details with UK government companies house, they do not exist. I have also pasted the response from the shipping company who have NO affiliation with Topfiller as advertised in Topfillers confirmation email. Note the name of the company in email is top-filler, not top-fillers.

All good intentions by trustpilot notifying the company will just be ignored.

Had a rough start with my first order — the delivery was so delayed I had to cancel and ask for a refund, then the package showed up afterward. Thankfully, I placed a second order and this time everything went smoothly and arrived on time. Glad to see the improvement.

I ordered a skin booster for £60, cheapest I found. It never arrived, ever. They did not reply to any emails, no answer on their chat, their number is fake. I reported them to my Bank.
It is a TOTAL SCAM, AVOID, BE ALERTED!

I’ve tried a few different suppliers before, and this is one of the better ones in terms of speed and reliability. The ordering process was simple, payment was secure, and I had tracking info within a few hours. Arrived within the week, well packed, and with clear labeling.

Customer service was genuinely helpful when I had a delivery question. They responded quickly and even followed up to make sure the package arrived safely. It’s rare these days to find a company that takes post-purchase service seriously, so I was pleasantly surprised.

First time ordering from this site and honestly everything went really smoothly. The website was easy to understand, prices were competitive, and I appreciated how fast the package got to me. No delays, no drama, and everything looked professional. I’ll definitely be back.

I was honestly surprised by the quality the texture, the scent, everything feels so luxurious for the price. It’s rare to find something that actually lives up to the hype, but this one did. I’ve already recommended it to a few friends and will definitely be reordering soon!

My experience with the first order was really good fast and smooth. However, the second order took a long time to arrive, possibly due to a high number of orders. Unfortunately, the dispatch didn’t respond when I tried to contact them.

I like the people who have written before its a total scam,I paid €182 and I have written so many emails and nothing. Please don't use this site.

Top Fillers is a complete scam. I placed an order, paid in full, and never received my items. They took my money and disappeared. I tried contacting them multiple times via email – no response. The phone number listed on their website doesn't even exist. This company is clearly fraudulent and is scamming people out of their hard-earned money. Do NOT trust them, and don't make the same mistake I did. I’m writing this review to warn others – stay far away from Top Fillers!

Never received my items i ordered, had to contact my bank for a refund SCAM COMPANY

One star is far too many! Scam company, order never received. Emails bounced back, no 'chat' ever answered and number not recognised.

My product was paid for on December 13, 2024. They claimed to have shipped it nut no tracking number. You are provided with the same email contact
