I pre-ordered an item
I pre-ordered an item, but subsequently received an email stating that I may not receive the item. As such I have given a 3 star review as I have no idea what is going to happen with my order.
Whether I receive my order on time or not, is irrelevant, this is not how you should treat customers. If you cannot fulfil an order, you should not take it, as now it is sold out at other places and my child may now end up disappointed when they don't get what they wanted for their birthday.
