Top4care services Ltd is a Domiciliary Care provider aimed at supporting people that have complex needs in their own homes and providing independence through the provision of personal and social care. We are registered with the Care and Quality Commission and specialise in providing 24-hour support, including live-in, waking night or sleep in services to clients in their own homes. We also provide outreach services and cover London, Greater London, South East London and Surrey. We provide services for adults (18+) with autism, learning disabilities associated with co-morbid mental health conditions, substance misuse, forensic history and challenging behaviour. We support people through our Domiciliary care service (DCC) in supported living environments. Additionally, through our Domiciliary care service, we can extend our services to provide ‘Care at Home Services’ where our dedicated personal carers can provide personal care and assistance with the most personal and often intimate daily tasks. The care provided includes dressing, feeding, washing and toileting, advice, encouragement, and emotional and psychological support. Top4care Services Ltd's imaginative provision of support is headed up by a very experienced and inclusive Management Team. The Care Manager is a qualified Mental Health Nurse with 18 years of experience in Learning Disability settings, Mental Health, Substance Misuse, Prison Settings and Older Adult Care. As part of our organisation's recruitment process, staff are selected in line with the person's specification using the service to best meet the individual's needs. We ensure selected staff receive induction training in how to work with the individuals and how to communicate and respond to their needs.
