This is a no-star company! Everything about the experience was terrible. The order took 2 months to come, the product did not look like the photo, stitching was poor, cheap nasty plastic-y fabric, supposed stitching detail was printed into pattern, and there was an ugly stain. Was told I would have to pay for return shipping, and probably customs duty, to get my refund. Decided to take the 15% refund, about $3.
There are lessons here, avoid these overseas online companies, shop at home and support your locals!

The worst company to order from! A fraud.... I placed an order the item was not as listed online, requested to send back item for a refund! I was asked to keep item and they would give me 10% my money back, I said no I would like to send item back I was sent an address and once I paid for item to be returned I sent tracking information and was later sent an email stating they never received item no refund will be given!! The tracking number shows that item was received...so they kept my item and no refund!!!

Absolutely disgusting. Dress I bought bared no resemblance to one I ordered. Steer clear.

My garment arrived and was nothing like the picture and was tiny. I contacted the company and followed their return instructions but heard nothing back.I paid the postage to China but they said that they do not accept unauthorised returns ?????????
When I complained that I had followed their instructions they offered me a 15% discount - I complained to pay pal but have had no satisfaction.

If there was a no star option I would pick that. The item you receive will look nothing like the item you ordered. The clothing is made from cheap shower curtain type material. The customer service is terrible. They say they will accept returns but only if you pay to ship it back to China. Terrible company.

I wish I had read these reviews prior to placing my order. My order took more than 2 months to come and like so many other customers had said...the items looked nothing like what the pictures showed. Terrible quality, terrible service!

Awful experience. This company should be investigated. I ordered a sweater that took 5 weeks to arrive and looked NOTHING like the picture or description online. When I inquired about returning it, there was NO information on the website or in the packaging with the sweater. After weeks of consistent emails to the customer service dept I finally received a response that because their return center is in China, the postage would be higher than my refund, so they suggested that I take an offer of 15% refund on my debit card. That comes to $5.25 on my $35.00 purchase. DO NOT order from this company!
UPDATE! I was told I would receive 15%, when in actuality, I received less than that and my "refund" was $3.59!!!

I received a notification that my order was received and being processed. I never ordered anything so I contacted the company immediately. I told them I didn't order anything and please cancel the order and refund my money. I received an email back thanking me for my order. I again explained I did not order anything and to return my money. They then proceeded to tell me the order had shipped and they can't refund me money. I again explained I didn't order it and it was a fraudulent charge but they refused and keep saying it was shipped. I had to file a fraud charge with PayPal and my credit card. COMPANY IS A SCAM!

It is now February. I placed an order with Topabove prior to Christmas and have only now received the goods. The quality is very poor. The sizing is wrong even though I measured myself and placed the order based on the measurements. The company was unhelpful when I complained about the delay in shipping. I would never use this company again.
