Great level of service. Professionals

I was initially disappointed that the option to select an oil reproduction of the desired piece was not currently available. My disappointment, however, was mitigated by the phenomenal giclée print I recently received. Everything about the experience was really simple and smooth: the ease of choosing a precise size of print, the speed and communication of shipping, and ultimately the phenomenal product (which is superior to other prints I own in terms of quality, colour saturation, and detail). When and if the chance to obtain an oil reproduction from Mihail and team ever presents itself, I would think the experience would be perhaps on even another level, but for now I can say I am more than pleased with the print. Quick, and stunning

Fast turnaround, very well-packaged. The print has depth and texture, so it looks more realistic. Construction is tight, professional work. Very happy with my print.

My print arrived with a couple of large creases down one side because it hadn't been stretched properly. I emailed the company and provided photo evidence. After a number of days and a chaser email from me, I got a response that the canvas had "shifted in transit"—highly unlikely since it is held in place with strong staples—and that they would send me another print that I would need to attach to a frame. They advised me in an email to "just remove the discredited stretcher and put the new one in its place. The procedure is very simple, take a look at the assembly on the back of the picture you will find it very easy." The thing is held in place to the frame with staples which need to be ripped away and hammered back in. Very simple, indeed. I can't possibly recommend this company; their quality control is substandard and their after-sales service dismissive. I will now have to go to the time and expense of getting the new print framed. Avoid. UPDATE: The seller has now offered to reimburse the cost of having the print reframed.

I ordered 4 prints and am extremely happy with each of them. Also great customer service (Michael) and quick shipping. I look forward to making another order.

Excellent quality giclee print. I was hesitant to order since it was coming from out of the country. However, shipping was quick and communication throughout the delivery process was good. I will definitely order again!

I had second thoughts on trusting an overseas e-shop, however, the experience with topartprint was great. Fast printing, superfast delivery.

I absolutely love this print. The colors are vibrant and it looks like an original. It was packed perfectly for shipping. The only negative is that it was held up in customs here in the U.S. (not any fault on your part). I will be ordering from you again in the future. Thank you! Well done.

I loved the faux canvas look of the portrait.

I searched for a place that could provide me with a high quality reproduction of a classic painting. I looked here in the United States and in Europe. TopArtPrint uses the highest quality canvas compared to others and also uses the Giclee printing method. I had them frame the picture as well. The result is a spectacular representation of the original painting! My order was received very quickly and will look to purchasing other prints from Topartprint in the future.
