I phoned customer service and spoke to a guy to cancel my account which I had not set up, he was really helpful he cancelled the account and made a refund to my bank which I am awaiting, did not get the guy's name but he was really helpful, it's a shame that all customer survives cannot be like this one.

Successful Refund Appreciation Post
I was so angry when money was debited from my account for a subscription I didn’t know about. Today I’m writing this review with so much gratitude and appreciation for the assistance I received in terms of getting my refund. The company has refunded me and sincerely apologised for the inconvenience I went through. Thank you to the agent that kept calling me to check if I’ve finally received my refund I really appreciate it. May you continue doing the same to others.
