Uploaded my ID documents yesterday and got approval. Today they're asking for the exact same documents again. Support says its a different check but honestly feels like nobody's talking to each other here.

Asked about my withdrawal and got told it was processing as one payment. Couple of days later, half showed up and the rest vanished from my account. Support keeps giving me different answers.

Asked for my passport to verify my account, sent it in. Week later they asked for the same passport again like they never got it. Had to dig through emails to prove I already submitted it.
